April Classic Author Excerpt: Interlude by Luc

Did you catch Monday's blog featuring Interlude by Luc? This is a novella-length story that explores the idea of fate and true love... and who doesn't love love? Or doesn't want to love love. Since our commenter from Monday's blog fell in love with Ch. 6, I thought I'd share a scene from that chapter. Enjoy! Want to read more? Click here

February Classic Author Feature: The Other Side by Mellicat

Life... it's those dramatic events that keep on happening while we try to keep our heads above water! The last few weeks have been a strong reminder of that for me, and my daughter's 18th birthday this last weekend just drove it home. What happens when these young adults all finish school, split to New York, California, and Texas, and start to find their way in life on The Other Side by Mellicat? Well... I hope you'll read it and find out!    Length: 29,083 Description: Thre

January Classic Author Feature: Pilots II by David McLeod

This month I'm keeping the fantasy theme going and featuring the second of one of David McLeod's series that have one of my favorite mythological creatures, Dragons! October's a month for fantasy and fun, so who and what better to feature than Myr's short story, A Ranger's Duty? August Classic Author Excerpt: Little Buddha's Seeking Nirvana

So picking an excerpt for this story was a little hard. There's a lot of interesting information about Buddhism, this spiritual retreat, and the main characters. The story has a bit of romance, some drama (they are teens, after all) and a lot of struggling to the end. Will it be a happy ending? Well, the story is short so I hope you'll give it a chance. To help you decide, I've picked an excerpt that gives you both a taste of the characters and the world they are immersed in for the week.
