In Denmark we say Prosit when someone sneezes. I'd love to hear what other countries use.

German was spoken in the childhood homes of all four of my grandparents at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, so I heard Gesundheit! every time someone sneezed at my grandparent's homes....and I use it myself.
