As long as it doesn't mean being like Dexter, from the TV series starring Michael C. Hall, although he was mentally adroit, quite clever, and skillful with his hands.

I'm mostly ambidextrous. Writing righthanded eluded me, not that anyone can read the lefthanded version much better.

I tried to become ambidextrous in college after hearing that lefties die sooner.  It didn't go well.
