Well I finally got my hair done. I went from a long-haired blonde to a short-haired redhead. Cut off a good 4 or 5 inches in some places. Fun change. Dramatic.

Speaking of dramatic...I don't really know what my problem is (although I'll probably keep looking for it until I've successfully analyzied it three times and managed to once again pass it by to analyze something else  ). I've been a little...moody. I think it's frickin winter. I hate how early it gets dark. ...I like the clothes though. I've always said people look much better in winter clothes. I like the colours and fashions better. (I'm being shallow and A.D.D to avoid the problem ;) )

I've never not liked a Pink song. I've listened to "U & UR Hand" about 9 times in a row. All her songs rock though. I bought the new My Chemical Romance cd. It's awesome! I like "The Sharpest Lives" the best, but of course "Welcome to the Black Parade" and "Teenagers" rule too. There's this line from "The Sharpest Lives" :

There's a place in the dark where the animals go

you can take off your skin in the cannibal glow

It's so delightfully twisted.

Anyway I've been moody, which is probably a good thing. I mean I'd probably just be gloomy or pissy without the mood swings. At least this way I get to be manic, anxious, and elated too.

The new hair is flashy. It's really red. I think I'll wear it spikey too. I guess it matches my new, edgier mood.

I need to do something intellectual. I've kinda felt like a stupid, shallow twink lately. I've been doing spades a bit again though. It helps. Perhaps I'll work on my Spanish again. And school's up soonish.

I think I'll either go back to vegetarianism or quit drinking again. Or else try to give up chocolate. I need to quit something. Or else take something up.

Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end

Anyway closing time.

Good night all :boy:

Kevin, that was great!!!

Hmmm, about the chocolate: did you know that chocolate is now considered by many to be a health food, due to the isoflavones and anti-oxidants in it? Just have the drark, rich kind that is high in cocoa and lower in sugar, and eat without guilt. :2thumbs:

Congrats on the hair! Radical change is always good.

Love, love love love that My Chemical Romance album too (as evidenced by my last blog entry). I love the energy of 'The Sharpest Lives'. For some reason though, I misheard a lyric, (which is kinda easy to do), so cause I love all the poison, away with the boys in the band, became cause I love all the boys and away with boys in the band. The song takes on a whole new meaning that way, (ie the line so why don't you blow me  ), but alas...

On another note - I used to RSS your blog and now it just keeps coming up with cannot load. Yet Dom's one works fine. Anyone know what's up with that?

I started to like My Chemical Romance just recently. The radio keeps playing Black Parade and Famous Last Words and I have become addicted to them. However, my #1 band is AFI. They were both playing last night in LA and if I had read your blog earlier, I would have sent you a link with them playing live. They were awesome! :music:

I don't see what the big deal with chocolate is. I easily quit chocolate a long time ago!

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I quit chocolate truffles and I only eat chocolate cake with chocolate syrup.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I quit the cakes and eat only chocolate truffles

Finally, on Sundays I quit cakes and truffles and I only eat hearts

So Kevin, trust me, once you put your mind to in it, you can easily quit chocolate.

Good luck,

Michael.

Oh my gosh yes! That's exactly what I thought the lyrics were too!!! I have a theory, I think they're purposely singing it in a way that can be interpreted that way so as to appeal to the growing (esp. in their target demographic) GLBT and supporters movement while at the same time providing themselves with a nice out for fans who would disapprove. JUst my guess though.

Hmm, I'm not sure but I'll look into this, thanks for telling me :)

Anyway take care and have an awesome day!

I didn't realize they'd released Famous Last Words as a single! I'm so glad they did though! I didn't mention it as one of my "favourites" on the cd, but it would totally have been the next track I'd have mentioned. Actually I think the whole CD is really good. I like AFI too, although I'm not as familar with their stuff. I bet that concert was awesome! :D

HAHHAHAHA :lmao: Now that's my kinda way to quit chocolate! :2thumbs:

It's so funny you should bring up truffles! Yesterday I went to this fancy chocolate store and bought a half dozen premium truffles. They were so good! I got a variety with different flavoured fillings. Let's see if I can remember: Black Cherry, Kahlua, hazel nut, semi-sweet, Irish Cream, and darnit I can't recall the last flavour! They were really great though! Last Christmas a friend of mine bought me truffles as a gift so I thought this year I'd get myself some to sort of continue the tradition lol (well that's my story and I'm sticking to it 0:) )

Have a great day! :D

Spicy V8 is good.

Then there are also beverages made from potatoes, grapes, barley, rye, corn, juniper berries, sugar cane, hops, malt, wheat, and other wholesome grains.

When it comes to chocolate, be warned about the No Sugar Added stuff. If you should decide to try some, not that you said you would, enjoy only the recommended amounts or you'll pay for it later.

Trust me on this one.

I've been thinking of trying to teach myself to like V8; I know it would be good for me. I don't really like tomato juice though, but then I can acquire a taste for most anything if I try hard enough ;)

LOL, I've tried chocolate syrup made with Splenda before. I didn't exactly notice the side-effect to which you are alluding; however, I did notice that it just plain wasn't as good!
