I got home tonight at eight o'clock after I had a nice day with my family. We spent a lot of out shopping and on the road, but we actually got to relax here too for about an hour this afternoon.....anyway, I come upstairs to my room and there's an email in my inbox from Youtube. They sent me my password and told me they hoped it helped me to log in to my Youtube account. :angry::angry::angry:

There is no word to describe how mad I am. I know I have fans, but I have a right to my private life, and I should be able to enjoy myself online without having to wonder who the hell's stalking me. I have a right to be on myspace without people knowing how to access that page, and without idiots looking for possible screen names that might be mine. I have a right to get on my PC when I come home from wherever the hell I was and not have to wonder who the hell was trying to access my youtube account.

I hope it wasn't someone who reads my stuff on this site, but in case it was, I'm taking action right away. I've sent a PM to Joe, Myr and Kitty and I've asked them to take down my very first story, What's The Difference Between Me and You?, and I'm also pulling it off of efiction. To anyone who's been enjoying it, I'm sorry, but obviously there are some people who don't have lives of their own and want to intrude on others.

I don't know you and I certainly don't think I have the right to comment, but my stubborness/noseyness seems to take the lead sometimes...

 

But I don't get how removing your story has any connection to someone (stupidly) trying to access your YouTube account. Seems a bit unfair to those who are part way through your story and those who haven't gotten round to reading it yet, though had every intention to (i.e. me).

 

I'm happy to be flamed for this.

I love this story very much. This story is very personal and very real. All the characters are true and described with so much depth that no fiction story can ever accomplish. I am very saddened that the story is removed, but I understand Nick's motives. Because the story is real, the readers get a look at Nick's personal life and deep into his soul. I can see how some readers would want to find out more details about Nick and even try and locate him to see him in person. This is unacceptable and I strongly condemn those who try to harass Nick instead of appreciating his powerful writing skills, making posts in his forum and simply thanking him for sharing his life with us.

 

Besides What's the Difference Between Me and You, which was removed, Nick has many other great stories, poems, short stories. There are currently 2 ongoing stories (Bodega Bay and Stacking My Claim).

 

This is a sad day for GA when one of our youngest and most talented members is being harassed to the point when he is forced to remove one of his stories.
