Amazon forces POD's to use Booksurge - Redux

Folks, I just learned that Author House and iUniverse as well as printer LuLu have agreed to Amazon's demand that they have all their customer's books printed and bound at Book Surge. For those who don't know, Book Surge is owned by Amz. This means that current AH, iU and Lulu customers won't see any change in service.

 

I haven't gotten any information of how the E-book companies are responding.
