Consultation with co-counsel: Michael, don't you think that's a bit harsh ... might it not be appealed on the basis of the 8th Amendment prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment?

Kitty...so true Co-Counsel....for poor Snowey will be howling so loudly...that the Supreme Court will stay enough already....so since he always wins the poster of the day, maybe he has to post just one Rainbow Post....then again he may find that way too cruel...so aww what the heck in the spirit of DomaLuka....we can just send him more of your cool rainbow smiles...what do you think, Co-Counsel?

I'm thinking a suitable punishment might be having to work as the law firm telephone receptionist for a day ... having to say "Good morning, Ashpock, Dovan, and Rixis" over and over again.

Kitty...ROFL...talk about cruel and unusual punishment...well, actually, that would be hilarious..after a while, Snow Dog, being as industrious as he is..would reduce that to either Law Office or "ADR"...or just let it go into voice mail and let Ashpock, Dovan and Rixis deal with it..he has too much to do. After all, Snow Dog is Emperor (or so I have heard)
