The liking of cheese is a very controversial topic!

Some dismiss it as mere mouldy milk and unfit for consumption while others eat only cheese for the whole of their lives! Which are you? :P

I like most cheeses, but a few (limburger) I can't stand. Oh, and there are some cheeses that I like in meals but not by itself (there's this one that's used a lot in italian cooking, but I can't remember the name of it...)

I love cheese in all its various forms and varieties. I like cheese with bits added and bits taken out. I like it fresh, mouldy or with holes in it. I love it grilled fried or in a sandwich. Yeah...I love cheese.

I like cheese with meals mostly.. I'm not one to pop some in my mouth and eat alone. But like.. Cream cheese on a bagel.. of course pizza, tacos, and such like that are great with cheese.

I'm not into the whole.. cheese and wine thing though.

Ummm..... possibly not. It's been 'outlawed for health reasons'

That sounds totally gross. Each to their own I suppose! blink.gif

The health risk is debatable, I've read, but I would want to find out more about that before I try it. And I think I'd need a lot of wine to go with it... ;) Anyway, I'm not going to Sardinia any time soon (as far as I know) so I needn't worry about that just yet.
