paya Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Today the Danish Parliament adopted the law that doesn't differentiate if it is a heterosexual or a homosexual couple that is asking for the adoption. Gays can adopt children in Denmark. I found the news in our newspaper though the article I cite below says other Nordic countries also allow same-sex couples to adopt children. Nevertheless, it's a small step for Denmark, but a big step for mankind. http://www.News Site Blocked at Their Request/news/articles/2005-11648.html/
JamesSavik Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 I like the Danes. They are some of the mellowest people in the world. If everyone had their intelligence, good sense and temperament, we would all be a lot better off.
NightOwl88 Posted May 6, 2010 Posted May 6, 2010 That's pretty cool. I looked into the Gay interest laws here in indiana awhile ago and found out that while I couldn't get married as a gay person both my partner and I could adopt together, go figure.
