I stop what im doing, I write, read, or just do something mind numbing. Whilst listening to my favourite music :)

I find that sex is a great stress reliever. :D But if it isn't right there, then i lay down on a comfy bed and listen to Caribbean music and let my mind go blank.

I'm a reader. If my life is too much for me I immerse myself in someone elses. After a vampire feeding, an assassin attack, traveling back in time or dealing with rabid animals chewing a body part off whatever I'm dealing with doesn't seem so bad :P

Wine and books - different place for a little while - after making sure I couldn't do anything else to fix the stress.

I like to clean. I'm a bit neurotic so I stress about everything, which means my room is never messy. :P

i re-organise my bookcase..... but it always turns out the same as when i started because i like it the way it is

 

or i go have a nice hot (sometimes cold - depending on how hot the day is) shower

I read this and then sat and thought about it for the moment. I know for a fact that I am indeed quite stressed but for the life of me I'm not really bothered by it. Lately I've just been roller-blading or be out talking with the neighbors. Really I've been trying to settle down enough to write since that does do it. Now if I could only find a little focus (or someone to give me a swift kick in the rear)

When I'm stressed I'm pretty much worthless. Can't eat, can't sleep, can't draw or write, and my libido goes to zero and below. >_< About all I'm good for is shouting and crying once the hair starts flying.

It all depends on the amount of stress. When I was waiting for the call from school that would tell me whether or not I'd graduated high school, I was so stressed that I had a headache. It's never been worse than that, though. Usually, I can't sit still when I'm stressed, and sometimes I have mood swings. Oh, and I ALWAYS start eating when I'm stressed! And I never stop until either the stress goes away or I run out of food.

 

How do I deal with stress? Well, as I said, I eat a lot. Other than that, nothing really helps a lot :(
