Sasha Distan Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 right...one assumes it's not that hard. technically all you need to do is make really good puff pastry (one of my many skills) and either deep fry or bake this until lovely and golden. Make creme patisserie and inject between the layers. glaze and leave to set. if i make a decent recipe in the time i have left before the wedding i'll be a good chef-wolf and share.
