I just tried to respond to reviews. It got posted to the wrong review. I don't know how to select a particular review in order to respond. Please help.

Just so were talking the same language here for clarification, you are trying to respond to comments.  Reviews are something different now and not something you can reply to.

 

Here is how to properly respond to comments.  This works for both stories and chapters:
