Copyright Matters ...

Recommended Posts

This is an article from Sound & Vision magazine concerning copyrights. It's pertinent to the copyright we enjoy here at GA. Though, if you really want to be sure that your next Great Novel is protected with fewer legal shenanigans, you may want to apply for an Official Copyright. In any event, for the purposes of this topic, the article covers Bram Stoker's Dracula (1897) and the derivative movie Nosferatu (1922) which resulted in Prana Film being sued in court for copyright infringement by Stoker's heir, Florence Stoker.
