It's from the old, ooooold X-Men arcade game by Konami. It played similar to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, only some of the machines had 2 screens and a 6-player setup to allow all 6 X-Men on the screen at once (Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler, and Dazzler). That quote gets said by both Magneto and the White Queen in a display of weird translation.
