kbois Posted August 2 Author Posted August 2 Do any of you cat people out there have suggestions as how to stop my mother-in-laws effing cat from peeing on the living room rug. We've lived here almost a year and she just started doing this. The bulky rug cleaner is now a permanent fixture. We bought some stuff specifically for urine odors but it's not helping. I'm sick of deep cleaning that corner of the living room everyday and the smell gives me a blooming headache. I think she started doing it because our cat (the only cat I will ever claim to like) liked to lay there. I think the bad cat is trying to assert her territory. Short of opening the back door and "accidentally" letting her out, is there anything I can do. This is another reason I. Don't. Like. Cats. 2

Or she might just be a hateful psycho b*^ch. Room mates years ago had 2 cats that were sisters. One was just as sweet as could be. The other one was psychotic and would look you right in the face and piss on the rug. There were multiple litter boxes in the apartment and they were always cleaned. Put some aluminum foil down over the spot and tape it down. That'll stop her from going on that spot. 2
