  1. What is the meaning of this provocative snippet? "But you guys are in for one hell of a ride. I'm still weepy over chapter 91" Please don't let anything bad happen to our favorite characters.

    Chapter 81

Another interesting chapter with Will and Brad. Will is maturing and learning the ways of the world. My New Years wish: A few chapters from JJ. It's hard to figure JJ when we haven't really heard his side of the story. Happy New Year to everyone! :Vic2:

    Chapter 80

It's normal for an adolescent to have mood swings. Will seems to be able to acknowledge when and why he feels depressed. He also knows that he should get up and do something. People like his mother get depressed and keep going deeper into their depression with no way out. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day and Will is upset about his relationship with JJ. Having your feelings hurt is not the same as a bi-polar disorder. Mark, thank you for your writing and posting such a compelling story.

    Chapter 79

I am liking Will more now that he is independent. His take charge attitude and his assertiveness, coupled with thoughtful reflection, are making him a possible star in the next generations episode of CAP. Can't help thinking a curve ball is coming at Will. Things are going a little too well and we know Mark can shake things up when the story gets predictable.
  5. Will has a strong connection to the very, very wealthy Stef. He lives in the top one percent of rich people. So that puts him in a social station that British royalty would have interest in. Like him or hate him, Will is a person that people notice. Granger could relate to a little rich boy like Will just as he did with Cavendish. A character similar to Will would fit right in to the Bridgemont saga. But we need Will in his own story where he is getting more action than everyone. What is really amazing to me is how Dr. Arbour can write two different story lines so brilliantly. First thing I check for when I go online is a posting by Mark.

    Chapter 76

Moving up north is working out well, Will is adding Nana and Noah to his circle of friends. Perhaps he is begining to mature. It's good to see he does really care about his mother.

    Chapter 75

Thanks for another quick chapter. Nana could be an important friend to Will when he gets more involved in his mother's medical treatment because she is an expert on the subject of bad doctors. I like the scene where Will sees Tony and backs away to think rather than to create an embarrassing scene. Will is maturing.

    Chapter 74

Will living in a hotel? Expect a visit from Ryan soon........ Can't wait till Will meets Nana.

    Chapter 73

I think if Elizabeth knows what Brad is capable of (murder) she just might not want to push that issue too far. With the loss of funds and the divorce looming Elizabeth should go to rehab and vanish. I for one do not hate Will. Wish there was someone like him around when I was in school.

    Chapter 72

Finally Elizabeth gets her day in court. Didn't turn out the way she had planned. Wade may have won this skirmish, but this is a war. Can't wait to hear what the Senator has to say. Another great chapter.

    Chapter 24

So much information I don't know how to review chapters 23 and 24. It's such a complicated tangle for George to solve, I had to read each chapter twice. I still don't know if George's brother is a good guy or a bad guy. Believe me, we are all reading with great interest. It' just sometimes difficult to comment on such skillful writing. Eagerly waiting for the next chapter.

    Chapter 69

Nana seems like a great character for the story. I bet Wade can "convince" the nurses to go with his change of plans. Elizabeth will find out how strong Wade has become and the powerful connections he has. The best fights are family fights.

    Chapter 21

A cliff hanger in CAP and Bridgemont. How delightful.
  15. Is Elizabeth Danfield so evil that she would do something to her own mother? “We need to get Mrs. Garrett to her room,” one of her nurses said. “She has to take her medication.”

    Chapter 18

SOOOOO happy to see this post. We missed you!
  17. Please forgive me for not reviewing your wonderful story more often. We all love this story and truly hope you take us to the end. I have been late to work sometimes because I check every Tuesday morning and try to read the new posting before leaving for work. PLEASE finish this great story.
  18. Okay, this chapter was way too soft and easy. Unicorns and rainbows are just a smokescreen for some real drama to come. Little 14 year old Will thinks he has it under control but he's going to find that playing with the big boys can get rough. Brad is giving him his freedom but we all know it's not that simple. Come on Mark, hit us with the good stuff.
  19. We understand. Always take care of yourself first. We will be here waiting.
  20. Note to Private Tim I just checked this Webster's entry and I'm sure it applies to this story. Mark is not writing a police report, he is telling a story about people he created in his own mind. Obviously you see the world from a different perspective. Maybe you should just post your own stories and we might, or might not, find them just as compelling. Why do wish Mark to change his story line to fit your expectations? Webster's Definition of FICTION 1 a: something invented by the imagination or feigned; specifically: an invented story b: fictitious literature (as novels or short stories) c: a work of fiction; especially: novel 2 a: an assumption of a possibility as a fact irrespective of the question of its truth <a legal fiction> b: a useful illusion or pretense 3 : the action of feigning or of creating with the imagination — fic·tion·al \-shnəl, -shə-nəl\adjective — fic·tion·al·i·ty \ˌfik-shə-ˈna-lə-tē\noun — fic·tion·al·ly \ˈfik-shnə-lē, -shə-nəl-ē\adverb

    Chapter 61

Great chapter..........but..............still wating for the thermonuclear explosion. Brad is going to explode! Thermonuclear fusion is a way to achieve nuclear fusion by using extremely high temperatures With the whole family on Will's side it should make the next chapter exciting.

    Chapter 60

Perhaps the family knew about Will's plan before he arrived. Seems like a really low key reaction to such a huge decision. The 5 million trust was only from Tonto. I'm sure Steff has a larger amount set aside for Will. More questions than answers at this point.
  23. As Mark said: "Plus you may want to remember that we are dealing with fiction here. A little exaggeration is allowed." Multi Billionaire Steff as a role model. Gay fathers Gay cousins Gay friends Beach house in Malibu Vacation house in Hawaii JP's mansion Private jets Ferraris and Limos Private school Personal Security Guards Lesbians having children with gay fathers What part of Will's teenage life is "Normal" ? Will is in a position to have more sexual activity than most of us when we were at age 14. I daresay we all wish we could have lived the life of a " spoiled brat". If Mark writes it, I read it quickly, waiting for the next chapter. And I like it enough to check for the next posting every time I pass by my computer. It's fiction, and really well writen fiction at that.
  24. As I said before, emancipation is very unlikely. Will is being very smart in seeking legal advice from someone outside the family. Wade will know soon that Will was asking for a referral to a family law attorney. Sean does not have to tell Wade anything beyond the fact that he got a call from Will. Will just started the ball rolling and it is going to freak out the whole clan. Too many skeletons around to keep this from getting out of hand. I'm sure a family meeting is eventually coming and JP unleashes lightning bolts from the mountain top.
  25. Way to go Will! This might not ever get to court, but it will send shockwaves thru the family. Actually getting emancipation is highly unlikely (this is fiction), but the threat of taking this so far will get everyone's attention. What Will has told his new attorney about the child porn and his mother's intentions to use it has to be cause for some legal action. Tish might be the person in Will's life to help him cope.
