We are biologically wired to avoid close relatives as sex partners. Something about their smell that we are generally automatically turned off by in most cases. I remember Bel Ami made a movie a couple years ago where two twin brothers had sex. They were both drop dead sexy as fuck, but when you put the two together it was just like, bleh. Disgusting. There is a reason nature predisposed us to avoid it. It fucks up the gene pool! Brothers playing "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" is one thing, but full on sex is totally different. Discussing incest like its an okay thing just puts a bad image on the gay community to mainstream society. While not quite as bad, its along the same pitiful lines as Nifty's intergenerational section, where they have stories featuring child molestation. It just reinforces negative stereotypes.

Ok so I've spent some time today playing around with it and the new, simpler design has actually grown on me. I like it. Also I think the flow of the new design it easier and quicker once you learn how to use all the new features. I especially like the flick motion that you can use to kill apps. Much easier and quicker then the old way.

My idea of Spring Break was never someplace warm and sunny with a beach. I preferred to spend my vacation someplace cold and with snow and big mountains. I don't see that changing into my mid-20's.

What do you guys think of it? I just downloaded it this morning, and it seems almost like a regression in the terms of how it looks, with the 2D icons and such. I haven't had much time to play around with how it actually works, but just based on aesthetics I'm not really a fan of it. Any thoughts?

While Justin Bieber is a douche, I'd still do him. I know many of you think the same thing, but won't admit it cause you can't get past the pre-pube, is it a boy or a girl? Justin Bieber. The Justin Bieber of now is actually pretty fucking hot and could be a twink porn star if he wasn't already a really famous, crappy pop star, lol.

The best part is, the scene queens who pressure everyone to come out then shun the ones who don't fit their version of gay when they do come out. The flamers have to got to be some of the least accepting people I've ever met.

*sigh* Bro, you are way overthinking this. Love isn't something thats so complicated, and its not something that needs analyzing like you've done here. I think once you start to over-think it, you start to see it as something of an equation that has a definite process and a definite answer. From my experience, its just something that happens to come along and you'll fully realize it when it does. If you don't feel it yet, you don't feel it. It doesn't necessarily mean you never will, but it takes different amounts of time for different people. Theres obviously something that really gets you about this boy, and that makes you want to be with him. Maybe you don't love him yet, but so what? Its not a race. Maybe you do love him, but your over-analyzing brain shuts that emotion out because it looks at it as an equation and all the facts that you think is required for love may not be there yet. But like I said before, there is no set equation and everything is unique, which makes it impossible to logically analyze "love". To give you an example, I've been with my fair share of one night stands. I enjoyed the sex part of it but nothing about any of those boys ever intrigued me enough to want to get to know them. When I met my boyfriend, there was something unique that intrigued me enough to want to get to know him more. Now it wasn't love at first sight because that doesn't exist I think, but it was an attachment that set the stage for me to fall in love with him later down the road. I didn't have a set list of things that needed to happen before I could say "I love you". I just sort of realized it as time went on that there was something special and that I really did feel strong enough about him to consider it love. Our love evolved over time though. The love I feel for him now is an entirely different kind of love then the kind I felt for him almost 4 years ago when I first told him I loved him. I think that its natural for love to evolve as your relationship and you as a person change over time and experience. Basically, just stop thinking and worrying about it so much. If he loves you like he really says, he'll be patient enough to wait until you feel comfortable enough saying the same thing back. It'll suck for him, but so is life. Hopefully he's used to sucking (you ) by now.... Anyway, I'm no love psychologist and I'm not a person of old age and a laundry list of experiences. But I have been with the same guy for almost 4 years now and I've learned a thing or two about love and how it evolves along the way. Hope I made sense.

Yeah, the whole interconnectivity of YouTube and Google is just annoying as shit. I don't even sign in when I use YouTube anymore because it asks me a hundred thousand questions and wants to try to connect my YouTube with my Gmail account. But yeah, Tumblr would definitely be a good place to start because they don't censor things unless its illegal.

I was in 4th grade at the time, so I was 9 years old or so. I remember the principal walking into our classroom and whispering something in the teacher's ear, and I'll never forget the look of horror that overtook her face. She was visibly shaken for the rest of the day and it was obvious even to a bunch of 4th graders. We were never told anything during school. My grandmother picked me up that day like she always did and told me there had been an attack in New York. We got home and turned on the news and all I kept seeing was the replays of the planes hitting the towers and the buildings collapse. The only other thing I really remember from that day was that night when President Bush gave his address. I was watching it with my dad, and I remember asking him, "So does this mean were going to war?". His reply was "I sure hope so and I hope we kill every last one of them". Those words coming from the man I looked up to most kind of scared me, and then I asked him if he was gonna go back into the Army. He chuckled and told me he had already done his time in the Army and he was too old anyway. Some of my family members who live on Long Island outside NYC could smell the burning smoke from more then 40 miles away from the WTC site if the wind was blowing right. Of course the magnitude and the repercussions of that day I didn't fully understand until years down the road. It really hit home when I saw family members and high school friends getting deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight.

Well, the greatest and most exciting season of all world sports kicked off Thursday, so I figured I'd start a thread to discuss it as the drama unfolds. So far in Week 1…. -Peyton and the Broncos stomp Baltimore to open up the season. -The Steelers offense was solidly horrible against a (at best) mediocre Tennessee team. -God decided to give Jets fans a little early season hope by letting them squeak out a win against Tampa Bay. But I don't think anyone expects it to last with Fat Rex at the helm. -The Patriots barely got past one of the worst teams in Buffalo. Could all the off-field drama with Aaron Hernandez's murder trial be affecting the model franchise of the past 12 years? Also, I find it funny how Obama postponed his Syria speech to Tuesday because it would have interfered with the first Monday Night Football games.

When I worked at Target unloading trucks in the back room, you could basically wear whatever you wanted. The vast majority of the guys I worked with had tattoos, and I was one of the very few who didn't. Most, including myself, also had piercings, and some had nose rings or ear gages. Target is actually pretty liberal in its employee body accessories policy. My first job as a ski instructor was vastly different though. For girls, only one earring per ear was allowed, and no piercings were to be visible anywhere else. Guys were simply not allowed any piercings. Tattoos weren't an issue because everyone wears winter jackets and ski pants, so unless you have face or neck tattoos your set. My last year working at that mountain they actually didn't hire a pretty qualified individual (probably) because he had a tattoo that went high up on his neck. The reason they didn't want many visible piercings or tattoos is because most of our clients were upper-middle class suburbanites and tattoos/piercings are still taboo to that group of people. My second and current job as a ski supervisor is a little more liberal, but not much. When I started out as a ski instructor, both guys and girls were allowed however many ear piercings they wanted, but no other earrings anywhere else on the face. Tattoos also had to be covered, but again its winter working outside so this wasn't really an issue. When I got promoted to a supervisor, it was highly discouraged for guys to have any piercings and for girls to adopt the minimalist approach. I don't have piercings anymore and don't plan on ever getting any again, and my tattoo (while large), can be completely concealed with just a t-shirt. I don't understand why people get tattoos in places that can't be concealed.

The "trash can bands" who play outside Fenway Park in Boston after Sox games are really good and loud. As a kid whenever I went to games I used to love listening to them afterwards.

To put my correlation in simpleton terms: Almost all hicks are country music fans, but not all country music fans are hicks. Is that simple enough for you? Country music has always been associated with backcountry living, and it embraces the whole redneck identity. An identity that I, quite frankly, can't stand and find trashy.
