No you haven't but being without a current story is so sad. Please cheer us up. My guess is Gathan for the new narrator. Will is a little so young.

The last chapter to a story is always a little sad. This one to sadder than most because Brad has changed. He had to do something which he didn't want to do. Something which may haunt him for the rest of his life. We can argue if he needed to kill Carson and Brian. Yes they were evil twisted people who could have hurt the family. But still killing them will not go away. JP has lived with it but Brad is not JP. I can only hope that Brad can live with it. I know Mark liked happy endings that is my comfort. Millennium has been a wonderful ride highs and lows, I think the best even replacing Bloodlines, So many good things happened during this story but everything is dulled by Brian and Carson's death. It is not even that they should not have died it's what this has done to Brad. That is the sad thing. Thank you again for a great story, Mark. You're the best.

Brad is different from JP. In where JP can compartmentalize better than Brad can. He had to do Carson so that his kids could be safe. Long ago he promised to take care of Darius and JJ he would die to do that not mention Will.
-
WOW! I hate to say it I am not sad about Brian. Of course that was Alex. As for Carson I hope Brad can live with it. JP does but I am not sure about Brad, The thing I am more sad about only one chapter left. We still don't know what Elizabeth as up to. One more shoe to drop knowing Mark maybe more than one.

Any praise that comes your way you deserve. Mark you pour your heart and soul into these stories. Congratulations Mark.

I started this story over at Nifty long ago and far away. Each book gets better and it is the characters which bring us back again and again. Brad would be forty-nine this year along with Robbie and JP 75. Who here would not want to meet them. I was on Ca 17 from San Jose to Santa Cruz and it has very sharp turns easy for a car accident. I think because we have got to know the characters for such a long time we feel their pain and also their joy. Brad was born at the beginning of the CAP saga. We have seen him grow up. And now his children are growing up. This is a family story, about people who never thought they would have a family. At the beginning JP didn't. And his family, a collection of rejects turned out better than the average normal family. Sorry for using that word normal because maybe that is what this story is about. What is normal for one person maybe not be normal for the others. Look at Brad yes he is not perfect but knowing what he has gone through he is doing pretty good. He is a son to be proud of. His kids arn't perfect either but pretty good. Mark the sex is good but what really makes this saga great are the character and the storyline. Thanks again for brightening up our lives with Stef, JP Brad, Robbie, Clair, Ace, Matt and Wade and all the rest.

I hate to say this but even after 75 chapters I will be very sad  that it is coming to an end. This has been the best book ever. Some of the best action in the whole saga. Who can forget Brad attacking Robbie's car, the Diamond cuff links, Alex and Brad, Elizabeth set free, and so many more things. I can't thank Mark enough for this story. Like in the Box we got to know Steven (Stef's father) we got to know Brad's father both of which are honorable men. We got a stronger better and more united Brad and Robbie. The Hayes family returned to center stage with Gathan, Zack, and Ella. Blow ups between Brad and JP and Stef and JP and also a heart to hearts. We got Father Tim. The ending of this is really sad. All good things must come to the end. Why? I was just in Santa Cruz earlier today I was wondering where Billy had his car accident. Every time I go out there I wonder if I could meet these guys That is how real they seem. That's how good it is. Maybe not perfect but close. That's why you have so many groupies ( people who check every day for the new chapter. ) Thanks Again and I want you to know how much I love this saga and these characters.Nothing is better. Nothing.

I have a feeling that Alexandria's lot got worse when she got Elliot ( not a big prize) and Brad got Elizabeth ( a woman with a mission). God help the bad guys. Of course Alex may have a some cards to play. The warriors haven't even started their plan yet. The only sad thing is that I can see the end of the Millennium. It has been the best book so far. Think back to the beginning and see how far we have traveled and only a few months. Great writing Great story!!!

No rebellion here. However Chapter 44 did not seem like a end like many of the other ending chapters have been. Sorry Mark please forgive me.

i hope Darius does get into Annapolis. Following Brad's Bio dad and Billy into the Navy.

I used to live in San Diego. Every day was the same. In Minnesota, we may hate the winter but we can enjoy the summer (which are very beautiful) because we know they will not last. So much like life we can hold on to the good times even through the worst of times.
-
I always think people who live in harsh climates are tougher therefore live longer. The weak ones die early. Of course I am writing this during a great snow storm ( up to 20 inches).

I know JP has aged well without help like Stef. After reading the Box I see JP as that child of ten losing his mentor Steven. Heart broken. He has grown to live with pain. He is strong because he has had to be. Ice man outside but inside a loving person. Someone who needs love and who has a lot to give. He loves his job and it good at it. He's is not perfect but tries to be. Stef and him are perfect for each other because they balance each other. As Brad grows older I think he will understand JP more. Mark you didn't share Tonto death with us if JP dies hopefully a long time out we as readers need to be there.
-
The saga has been about JP and his family. When he dies the whole story will change totally. Some hints have come out along the way. Stef would move back to LA with Brad and Brad's kids. I think Isidore and Frank would move to the Beach house. What would happen to the house on the hill? Sold? That would be sad. It's ready the only home most of the guys have ever known. They would have lived there 43 years this year. And JP would be 75 in June. I am sorry I like JP a lot even though at times he can been difficult. With out him we would not have known only of the others. And that would be truly sad.
-
I feel that JP deserves to die in bed surrounded with his family at the age of 80 plus just like his dear aunt Tonto. He began this story at 25 he should end it. Maybe at the end all those who have died could return to greet him.( something which happened in the Tudors and I Claudius) I was thinking about who should die. I thought of Brian and Carson. Both were evil and nasty. Brandon was truly upset not as evil. As for David and Alexandra I think to lose everything would be worse than death. Alex could be sent to prison that would be fun. After all the stuff Brad and Robbie have gone through Mark could never kill them off. As for Matt, Darius, JJ or Will who would continue tell the story. Mark likes happy endings.

The last two chapters have been great!! I thought Lark would come in and save the day. He owes it to Brad. Chapter 64 was even better. What greater gift could Brad have given Wade and his family. I think we got to see how people can be twisted and hopefully now Elizabeth and Jeff can be the couple and parents they really want to be. It also gets Brad off the hook. Whatever happens to Alexandra and the Carmichaels will not be his doing. Whatever happens to Brian is that not Alexandra fault not Brad's? Brad is only taking the blame off a dead Mark Clark and directing it to Brian. If Brian would have lived his life better maybe people would believe him. However, he has not only hurt other people. He is about to reap what he has sown. He could have turned out better. But he chose not too.
-
The great question is: could JP had saved Jeff or was Jeff fated to fail? In his final letter to JP and his conversation with Sam Jeff said every time things were good Jeff screwed it up. I know some one very much like that, Time and time they are their worst enemy. One another question Mark you are not planning to kill JP off are you?
-
Speaking of ammo. Didn't Lark tape a telephone conversation between Alex and Dan about them setting up a hit on Lark. Everybody thinks Lark is dead. Could Brad use that as black mail against Alex to get Elizabeth off the hook for good. The thought of going to prison for 25 years may stop Alex in her tracks. What is very interesting about this last chapter (62) is that Senator Danfield and Elizabeth look more like victims and if the hold over them could be broken maybe they could be better people. Back to the Wedding chapter (61) I never thought JP was so tormented by Jeff. I hope Brad's words helped him. I don't think Jeff drug use was JP's fault. Maybe JP could have done things better, but I don't think JP ever wished Jeff harm. JP was not sad at Jeff's death but he did not wish Jeff dead. The memories JP should hold close is Jeff coming through the patio doors of JP's room in Clairmont and the time Jeff drove 600 miles to be with JP on Valentine's Day. JP's teddy bear. Those are the happy memories he needs to remember. Those new Hayes kids have some that Jeff or Brian didn't have a happy stable loving home. The solid base which we all need. I am still hope for two sets of twins. If not I hope It's Robbie daughter, and Matt's son. One more thing, The more we read this book (Millennium) the more I think it could stand alone. Never before has Mark gotten in the mind of a character and lived with him day by day moment by moment. I think we as readers have gotten to know Brad better than we did before. We see the worst and the best and We learned what kind for person Brad is. Just as Brad has learned that about himself.

No one but George Granger could have pulled that off. Hopefully his luck will continue.

Ivy, I think Alex and Wade's mother had an affair. Alex did not want to break it off. Seven months ago Mark started Millennium, with two story lines. Brad and Robbie's relationship and an attack by a secret company trying to ruin Brad and Stef. He has created masterpiece which is not only the best part of this saga but also I believe it could stand alone without the other books. During those months we almost saw the breakup then the renewal and soon commitment service. A roller coaster and we are along for the ride. But it more than that. We are more than ever before inside Brad and Robbie's mind. We feel their pain, their sorrow. We stand at the cliff and look over the edge. Rape, abuse, guilt lots of guilt. It is a almost unbelievable that Brad survived but he has. He is only one of the wounded. Almost all of them are wounded. But unlike Jeff Hayes they did not give up or implode. They continued to fight. To do better. To become the best people they can be. Thank you for the best story ever!!

One of the things I love about the saga is that is is so much like real life. Brad and Robbie met in the commons on the fourth. It was love at first sight. So many things could have kept them apart. Because of the abuse Brad endured and Robbie's rape they were brought together. Who would have known what would happen ( well Mark did ) but so many times life brings people into our lives just like what it did with Robbie and Brad. Another great chapter. Thanks Mark.

Sometimes in life there are simple good fun times. This was one those chapters. On a cold night here in Minnesota it made me feel warm and comforted. Thanks Mark! I wonder what the kids will think of California. What will they think of the service on the 14th? It will open a whole new world to them. I like these new Hayes relatives added to the mix. I also noticed a change in Robbie. He is not just a passive blob he was a few months ago. He is on board a working hard to restore his birth place and make it a place to be proud of. Not bad for a person who never wanted to go back there.

Mark, you did it again another great chapter. Who would think that Fred Hayes would have so great a kids. I think these kids' lives with change. Matt will have a cousin to guide. The family grows again. I wonder if Caleb will appear. Whatever happens a lot of good will come from all of this. Tonto would be so proud!

My one and only trip to NYC was in 1995, before the 9 11. I remember how big the WTC was. It was great to see all the places I had seen in Movies and TV for real. The things that surprised me the most were how clean, safe and friendly the city was and how small Manhatten was. All those people and neighorhoods all on this small island. Even though the cab drivers were crazy the average New Yorker was friendly and helpful, really nice people. I am hoping to return this year for the anniversary. NYC is one of the great cities in the world. As for Robbie and Brad's kiss just another reason to visit. One of the reasons I started reading the saga was I knew many of the places in which it was set, Ohio, Chicago, Northern California, L A. It only makes it more real. Mark does a great job describing them, he must be a world traveler. Which is great for us. Thanks again for all the great times in 2010. I'm sure 2011 will be only better.

As 2011 begins, we can only hope that it will be better, safer, and happier than 2010 was. One thing however never disppointed us, Mark your stories were and are a continuing source of joy and entertainment for us. I wish you all the best in the new year and please keep those stories coming they brighten our lives. And I don't know about you guys but living up here in Minnesota you need all the joy and happiness you can get. It's cold and snowy up here.
