Enh, I am comfy anywhere 40's to 80's. Above or below becomes coat or shorts weather. The rest of the time I run around in jeans and a t-shirt. We mostly stay temperate here in the Pacific NW so if you don't melt in the rain, any other clothes are optional most of the year.
I was born in a large city on the east coast. I grew up, however, in a small town (800) on the west coast and then spent my teen summers in a burb around Washington DC. Now I live outside a medium city in the Pacific NW. I have to say that I think as an adult with the hunting/fishing/camping hobbies we have, the country would be ideal. Unfortunately we will never get to move back. The only things to do as a kid was to drink, do drugs and other nebulous activities. I want my kids to have positive activities and outlets close by so I am pretty sure we will stick by the city. After all, the country is only an hour and a half away.
I had the best truck ever. Dodge Ram 2500 Supercab with a V10 engine. Too bad I slammed it into a rocky embankement at 60 mph. Can we say completely totaled?! Thank goodness I didn't have to be cut out of the car from that car accident.
My hubby has an ecodrive and I have a ESQ, both really nice watches but we never wear them. Him cause of work and me cause it broke 3 years ago and I am too lazy to fix it. Cell phones rule except I keep washing them, (like 4 in 3 years) they need to make them washing machine proof.
LOL, I never thought about that song with those connontations before. I have to agree, Disney is full of dirty dirty minds. Just look at all the "errors" that have made it into movies/cover art! We had the original Little Mermaid movie case, that was hilarious.
Did we get an answer to this? I might actually share for the first time, I just don't want to post a ridiculously small story, we all have different ideas of short stories. Oh, and any idea of a timeline yet?
Thanks
Cia
I think that as much support as breastfeeding gets these days, it is still thought of as "dirty". I can't count the number of funny looks I got even when I was completely covered, not only from strangers but family in my own home! Add in most people's bias about basic men vs. women roles, probably why this gets the squidgy reactions. It does create an incredible bond and has its advantages over formula but it is hard and an incredible commitment. Not to mention just plain hurts for a month or so Still, I am glad I made it a year each time I did it.
I think that woman's article is full of snide innuendo and inflammatory comments. It is shameful that it was ever written or published. I hope that that piece of trash is pulled and the author should face serious professional repercussions! Absolutely shameful! Even if he had an open relationship or smoked, nothing justifies slander that will only upset his family and offend the gay community.
I, like Rush, feel like I can admit to something, reading gay fiction, that I can't do with my family. Just yesterday I was given a hard time by my husband for reading and posting to threads on this website. Pretty much had to tell him to put up and shut up since I really like the vibe here, especially from those of you who have actually made the time to chat with me. I just joined so I am not as involved as some but I could easily see myself sticking around a long time.
Thanks to all involved in this website!
Anyone notice how Jim Hawkins and Tom from Pocohantas look a lot alike? We should have more images like this in movies, after all, they made Jessica Rabbit mainstream! Seems kinda sexist to cover up all the sexy man muscles and not her *ahems* that are about to pop out, lol.
I nursed for a total of 25 months if you add up with both kids, I NEVER had the urge to try it, the smell drove me nuts! Though I do have to say the sex thing is true, especially early for the first few months nursing. However, I was told by someone, won't say who , that it was really sweet depending on what I ate.
I just entered the premium section of this website. I have lurked for several days since I joined and decided to jump in today. I really enjoy the writer/editor forums as well as the stories. Which I have say are incredible. I have several favorite authors already. Thanks for everyone who has made this a great and welcoming site!

I have found everyone here to be super supportive and friendly. Don't let knee jerk reaction prevent you from sticking around. Your work is interesting. Keep expressing yourself. anordwell
LOL, you all are funny. You can twist a thread quick. Men can use the bottle/nipple shield system that adoptive moms use to nurse if they want to. My youngest wasn't a biter but liked to latch on, Benji I am sure you know what I mean , pull back as far as he could and then shake his head back and forth. I wouldn't advise it. Now a little bit of adult twisting, thats different. Cia (used to be anordwell)
