It is very warming to hear that you are willing to read this story again! Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know that you are enjoying it!

    Chapter 2

Poor Rabbie . Loving the story so far and I am looking forward to seeing where it goes! Definitely interested more in Somhlth and exactly what part he's going to play in the story! Well done!
  3. Richard felt his heart lightening as he stepped out of the car outside of Simon’s townhouse. His last case of a kidnapped little girl had been heart wrenching. The authorities had held out little hope for the little girl’s safe return when Richard had become involved in the case. It had taken the better part of a week before he had found the girl and reunited her with her family. He made his way up the walk, a smile curving up his lips as Simon opened the door before he had even knocked.

    Chapter One

Thank you for the review Red! I'm so glad to read that you enjoyed the story and that the story flowed like I wanted it to. Thank you so much for reading and I hope that you continue to enjoy my work.
  5. Just read Chapter One and I'm really enjoying the story so far. Can't wait to see what happens with the two princes. You've got me curious as to exactly what the gods plans are for Mahai.

    Chapter 3

Pulling up in front of his own camp, Blaine unloaded the pup before unloading the supplies that he had bought. After setting up the Kennel, Blaine grabbed the open can of dog food and poured a small amount in the dish before setting it in front of the pup. He hated to see how the pup wolfed the food down, proving again how starved he was. Grabbing the brush that he’d bought, Blaine walked over and sat in his chair before calling the pup over to him and picking it up. Running the brush thro
  7. Simon stood at the door and studied Richard as he grilled up steaks on the outer grill. It had been a good couple of months, but his mind had been in turmoil ever since Richard had mentioned changing him. He’d seen the despair in Richard’s eyes whenever he thought he was unobserved and it tore at his heart. It had never been brought up again, but he knew that neither of them had forgotten, it just wasn’t talked about. “Why are you looking so serious?” Richard asked as he flipped Simon’s stea

    Chapter 1

Haha! I get to be the first to review this story! Woohoo! Anyways, love the first chapter Cia! I definitely can feel for Rabbie and want to know what happens with him! *Sigh* why is it always the first born who has to have all the responsibilities?? I know that's the way it really was, but when there's another son, the eldest should really be able to abdicate if he wants to! Great Job!
  9. In the end it's really up to you, but as a reader I much prefer a scene to be finished. Unless of course it's a cliffhanger that's done on purpose. In most of my own stories I don't worry so much about chapter length as about how the chapter flows. Just my two cents!

    Story

I read this when the first anthology came out and I enjoyed it just as much then as I did this time. Thank you for a read!
  11. As soon as Simon had pulled away in the Jeep, Richard had stripped out of his clothes and left them in a niche in a tree before shifting. He had learned to love the feeling of his muscles contorting as they became those of his wolf. Coarse jet black hair pushed through his skin as his hands and feet turned to large paws. His legs and arms contorted into four well muscled limbs. His face contorted into a long muzzle full of sharp teeth, ears becoming pointy and set towards the top of his skul
  12. I'm not even going to get into all the accusations being thrown at the Admins, Mods, and Tech people here. I just thought to point out the simple fact that the only reason that GA is here that those I already mention put a lot of time and effort into keeping a site running that you don't have to pay to post to. They are offering a free service, with the option to support the site by paying for a premium membership. Nobody made them offer a site for authors to post on, but yet they still do. Being a hosted/promising author is a privilege, not a right, for those who post their stories on the site. I for one just want to thank the entire GA staff for all the work they have put into the site and for ALLOWING me to post my stories!
  13. It's okay to call me a little bit evil... I'll even admit to it on this chapter. *Wonders if there will be an more cliffhangers in this story* *evil grin*
  14. It wouldn't have been near as fun if Richard had seen it coming! At least they both got what they wanted in the end!
  15. Thanks for the review Frostina!!! I can't imagine myself in that position either, I mean... I would hope that I would handle it as well as Simon does. I have loved Richard from the time I started writing this story... In my mind I see him as a protector and I love how the scene's in this story show that.

    Chapter 2

Thanks Cia! Yeah, the emotions definitely run the gauntlet! I never really thought about the fact that both Blaine and the dog are homeless, guess I probably should have though, lol... Thanks for pointing out the change of pov, I didn't really noticed it, but if it's not distracting then I won't worry about it too much for now!

    Chapter 2

Thanks Jon! There is a lot more still to come so I hope you continue to enjoy the rest of the story as well!
  18. Withering away while dying inside, Wondering what’s going to be. How to fight a losing battle, When the outcome is so bleak. Some days are better than others, Most are covered in a thick black cloud. Memories fight to be remembered, Maybe that’s all that will ever be. Despair is a constant companion, While trudging through the sludge. The truth doesn’t set one free, Only heaps more burdens upon the shoulders. Claws tearing at the walls of happiness, Determi
  19. This story was a bit different but definitely enjoyable... I especially loved the bits to do with the "sparklies"! Well done

    Chapter 1

Awwwwww, thanks Cia!!! Glad you are enjoying it during the re-read!! As far as Christian... you and me both.. though there are some people I'd like to do that to in real life, but unfortunately, I'm just not a vindictive person.. *sigh*

    Chapter 2

Stripping out of his clothes, Blaine grabbed up his soap, shampoo, and a towel and headed towards the edge of the lake. He was not really worried too much about privacy, he was in a fairly secluded area and the nearest campsite that was in use was a couple miles away. He should know, he walked and drove through those same woods every day. Setting all of his things on a rock near the edge, Blaine waded in until he was waist deep before diving in. After surfacing, he swam with strong, sure str
  22. Definitely worth the read, but I'm sitting here trying to figure out what was wrong with Joel! Loving the story so far and now getting ready to go read Part III!
  23. Really enjoyed Part 1 of this story! I love your characters, though I think my favorite part is the no stakes for the tent! I learned a long time ago to always set up a new tent before taking it anywhere to use, because I had that exact same thing happen to me at one point! Good job and now on to Part 2!!!
  24. Hi James! Thank you so much for taking the time to review! I have a confession to make on this story, lol... I decided less than a week before Christmas that I wanted to release a Christmas story... I had already thought about continuing Jared and Kyle's story. I ended up writing "Eternal Christmas" in right around four days. I plan to eventually revisit this story and do a bit of a rewrite and so I will keep your advice in mind! Thank you for being willing to point out what you think needs worked on, not many readers do!
  25. Hiya Dark~ Thank you so much for the review... We all have to leave Cliffhangers once in a while, it leaves things interesting and keeps the reader wondering! I'm glad you like the pace in their romance, when I started to write this story, I decided it wasn't going to be a "meet and jump in the sack" kind of story. I hope you enjoy Part II of this chapter which will be posted next Saturday! Thanks again!!!
