  1. Is this still in progress? I thought it was finished! The last chapter I read was the one that took place right after that special night on the beach. I figured that that was the...climax and that the following chapter was the d
  2. Surely you regret calling me (not to mention my almost painfully shy friend CJ) a "Post Whore"! In fact when I saw that you were the last one to comment in this thread I thought, "ah, Jack's come to tell us how he's been wailing and rending his clothes ever since that fateful day" Kevin
  3. Happy Birthday
  4. So how's Jesse doing now? He does sound like a great guy. LOL, my grandparents are the same way. I clearly remember the last time my grandfather went to the hospital he said "Oh wait, I need to have a bath first!". LOL, and my grandmother always does her hair and make-up first. It's sorta admirable in a way (although probably not the best use of time if you need to go to the hospital). I hope everything is going okay! According to that test I can type 85 words per minute! I don't believe it though. In high school when I took typing I could barely do 30! I suppose I may have gotten better over the years but still Anyway take care and have an awesome day! Kevin
  5. Hey Jamie Awww Thanks, Jamie! Have a fantastic day and take care Kevin
  6. Hey Richie!! Yeah it was definitely a shocker!! That sounds really awesome and open-minded of your friend Yeah, I like to think that I would do the same thing too, but like you said you can never be sure unless you're in that situation. I'm doing awesomely thanks! Take care and have an awesome day! Kevin
  7. Hey Ieshwar! Awww thanks! have an awesome day and take care Kevin
  8. I'm glad you're feeling better now, Nick! I can't really add anything to what the others have said, except to assure you that I definitely think you belong here, as I'm sure you're aware I'm a huge fan of your work, and as a person you're second to none. -Kevin

  10. Well, I'm very late to the discussion, but as is often the case I agree whole-heartedly with the authors of the following posts: Well said, Jamie! Personally, I completely agree with you. As always, Colin, you can be counted on to be a warm, positive breath of fresh air! Very well-said! Oh my gosh! That rocked SO much, Ieshwar!!! Personally I've always found gays to be cuter, more sophisticated, kinder, and all around more intelligent that the average population as well! Yes, as Graeme said this isn't always the case, but to me being gay does seem likely to boost ones chances of having these positive attributes. Well said, dude! You guys rock, and I'm SO happy that you're a part of the next generation of gay people. With gay guys such as yourselves society and science both stand a much better chance of advancing in a positive, affirming manner. I could add to what these three have said, but there'd be little point! Well said guys Just my opinion of course Take care all and have an awesome day! Kevin
  11. Hey LC Thanks, I am having a wonderful week, and I hope you are as well!
  12. OHHH a good day indeed!! Oh my gosh that was so adorable! Thanks for giving us the link! Ahh, a man after my own heart
  13. Hi all, Sombre subject I know, but I was thinking this evening about how I wasn't out in high school. I had a friend who was obviously gay though. Everyone knew it. Only he wasn't really the "strongest" of people and the pressure of things led him to make some bad decisions. His first sexual experience occurred he was about 16 or 17 with a 30 or 40 something year old man who, to be charitable, only wanted him for sex. Then in college he feel into the drug culture and, despite having always been a very intelligent, promising student, ended up dropping out of school and working THREE jobs to try to support his habit. Eventually he more or less cleaned up his act, but it was only by joining a religiously jealous group which, besides the drugs, reinforced his ALREADY self-destructive feelings of self-loathing over being gay. Last I heard he was preaching against the "sins of homosexuality" and on bad days getting drunk and hooking up. Anyway, I regret not being there for him. I somehow feel like maybe if I'd been out, and had looked after him properly things would have turned out better for him. So what do YOU regret? -Kevin
  14. LOL, you'll need that if we do get around to the shopping! OHH, yes! I'd like to go to the French or Swiss Alpes!! I hadn't even thought about the transportation in San Fransisco thing! Is it easy to find taxis, etc?
  15. LOL, well I realize the first one is set for San Francisco, but I'd still like to point out that Houston is actually very gay friendly and centrally located (*cough* for me). LOL, I once got hit on by a guy fresh from Southern Decadence, actually creeped me out alot, I'm not sure what he was on, but it wasn't pretty.
  16. Wooo HOOO! Yay for Conner!! 18. Well you can put me down as a VERY strong probably. I think that would be a ton of fun, and I'd love to see San Fran! (how's the shopping there? ) I wonder if some of the other Texas area GA people might want to travel together? PM me if this would apply to you and you'd be interested This sounds like a great idea Keep us posted! -Kevin
  19. Oh my gosh! Vegas!! YES! We *SHOULD* go to vegas! -Kevin (the mostly former compulsive gambler )
  20. Certainly I say this with the utmost amount of respect, but I really don't think a group made up almost entirely of GLBT people is the best to colonize anything, lol at best our colony would likely only hold for one generation
  21. Hey Nick I'm sorry you had a stressful 18 hours I hope everything gets much better! You should definitely take all the time you need to relax and feel better! Goodness knows I'm inclined to dropping off the face of the internet from time to time myself so that I can decompress a bit Take care, enjoy your time, and we'll be here when you get back Kevin
  22. How very sweet of you guys and gals! Personally, I'd love to have a puppy, but since I don't even have enough time to properly look after Lucky (my cat), I know I wouldn't have anywhere near enough time and attention for a puppy.
  23. What a lovely idea! Happy Friendship Day everyone!!
  24. LOL, well I get paid on Mondays That and they're kinda a weird and relaxing sorta day schedule/activity wise.
