On the good side, I have found a workaround for the infinite do loop of AI, refusing to let you talk to a real person for any customer assistance; you know before I can let you speak to an agent I need to collect a little more information, even though any attempts to rephrase the question for help are the information you need the AI is too stupid to know that it can’t help you and will not let you speak to a customer service agent that has an actual beating heart with blood pressure and pulse… So, it’s probably preferable to be in a quiet place, not for you, but so that you don’t offend others that might not know the context of your frustration. Then raise your voice and let the profanities fly insulting the god d#@m AI, amazing sure to include it that you want a real breathing person with a heart to talk to… I’m connecting you to a live customer agent at this time. No joke, it has worked immediately, first time, every time.

Touché for such a wonderfully touching; tragic, deadly, and yet full of love and support as the story developed.
