Ahhh, but no crime had been committed for police intervention ….maybe trespassing if told explicitly to vacate his premises. Possibly blackmail with illegally obtained court documents for a civil issue but that’s not a police issue, ironically, other than harassment which goes back to the trespassing issue for immediate action, and a court ordered restraining order for keeping the harassment of stalking under some control.
Sealed juvenile records can often be probationary for the remainder of their juvenile life, so automatic unsealing is done with cause if the juvenile returns before the court.The unsealing of Finn’s records in this situation is rather suspicious, as no new evidence or charges have been filed against Finn to petition the courts to unseal, therefore it seems rather irregular. Furthermore, Finn should not be at risk of arrest as no claims have been levied by Orel, Kyle, or anyone else currently familiar and present in Finn’s life….and that would be represented by Strickland. Strickland and Tarquin could be in trouble for possession and use of those records for blackmailing and/or extortion.
