    Chapter 29

It’s better as a marinade, most meat softens after applied.

    Chapter 29

Ok, as I make this statement please understand…I love meat (yeah, that too) but, I’m not a steak person; yes I admit. Steak to me gets too repetitive in favor and taste without a refresher to enhance and/or cut the grease and natural favors from coating the taste buds. Much like cleansing the palate with pickled ginger while enjoying the many varieties of sushi, the process just resets the palate to enjoy the next new flavor, or even for a new bite of the same to taste…like the first time. Yes, I love steak with my steak sauce, the flavors are more of the meat will set how much meat I’ll eat with each bite. So sauces, if properly chosen for the meat, will cut the tastes that linger; but lingers not in its entirety, leaning towards a meaty or gamy after taste; even perfectly cooked the heat, the searing, the ageing, etc. doesn’t breakdown all that meatiness into pure goodness…not for me anyway. After several bites of a delicious steak, it just starts to taste like a piece sugar cane after the juiciness is chewed out of it…only the fiber and bulk remains to make it a chore to finish. Believe me I know, I’m a minority that doesn’t cherish steak. I tend to prefer meats simmered to tender morsel melting in my mouth. Think of it much like Chinese meat dishes, where those nuggets are soaked or marinated for tenderness and flavor; and being nuggets, the flavors are more universally transferred and those thin membranes broken down through and through for very tender bites.

    Chapter 29

Hmmm 🤔, seems to be some messaging blurting out from that little admission; perhaps galvanizing the “Do as I say, not as I do” saying?

Butt such a beautiful…horizon it must be; butt surely that also gives him an appreciation for …new horizons too.

    Chapter 29

As the elder couple was viewing the property during open house, Harold asked of the agent “why in the devil is there a second set of safety grab rails mounted 6’ high?” Edith elbowed him in the side and quietly whisper-mumbles, “Harold, surely you can remember times when standing that those would have been wonderful to have.” Harold wistfully closed his eyes with his head slowly tilting back, his hands now extending forward at waist level with palms up, fingers open, as if each hand was cupping imagined melons. Edith elbowed Harold again, “Harold, that was long ago, stop living in the past.” Edith, if not for living in that past, I’d have no desire to live in this present; I do like that shower…I feel more refreshed already.

Wait until AI takes out a hit on anyone trying to sever their connections….I can’t let you do that Dave.

Even classified or highly classified programs have some lower level acknowledgement or general information that can be shared…vs I’d be interested implying he knows but can’t say.

    Chapter 24

You bring up the fundamental issue of just how long has this been going on and how permeated is it into the political realm. I still can’t quite understand the Cunningham stories as simple as headmaster following board directions. What and where did the knife come from and why, why, would he handle and/or dismiss that so easily. In other words, was Corcoran acting alone and unknown, even during those school employments years, or was he being provided cover until they could no longer safely do so? With Rick being stalked, while working two big cases, I just hope the issues and challenges don’t divide his attention to the point of putting the boys at risk. Not implying his would slack but that it’s hard to keep an eye and mindset on these diverse challenges.

    Chapter 29

Joel’s sex education was just his limited time and access on his computer, which was the primer for Westley to stir the shit, so that didn’t turn out well. He seems to want to reciprocate what Davon is doing, so I’m not sure there’s going to be a top or bottom only relationship here.

It’s the season…ho, ho, ho, and kiss Rudolph’s nose….wait, that’s not his nose!

    Chapter 29

One of my sayings when we finally got things under control, safely recovered on the ground and back to the gate. Having really worked hard to keep things moving, yet safe, is often a challenge; air traffic, weather…airborne and again for the runway conditions it gifts us, and then managing fuel to land versus diverts as staying in line exceeds all that was ever expected. So, with all the variables, and the continuous re-evaluating fuel, weather, sequencing to the runway…once cleared of snow, etc. can a constant battle with new variables all along the way. The alternate runway is now closed with an emergency aircraft disabled on the runway. 😠 So back to my stress relief slogan…well, that went about as smooth as teenage first time back seat sex.

    Chapter 29

Hahaha, #3. lmao. No joke, I was pretty well excited, let’s say the roller coaster wasn’t due back the the loading platform until just one more climb to the climactic finale, and we were here the apex…but my partner suddenly wanted to stop, to stretch things out without climaxing. WHAT? I was too far gone…no shit, my reply was; I ain’t AT&T and you can’t just put me on hold.”

    Chapter 29

Well Davon was working on opening his present, butt the excitement overwhelmed them; having to wait to recover and try again when calmed. No Joel, the splat pattern will remain on the tiles and/glass unless washed…rinsing will flush the excess but that splat and running pattern will be visible with subsequent water spray or mist. Yep, kinda like gang tagging, Joel came here…again, and again. Not recommended to sign your work as that removes all doubts. 🤣

    Chapter 25

Rick’s lack of memory has me wondering if he wasn’t the first victim between him and Martin, but perhaps that drugging wasn’t refined or maybe interrupted and abandoned before identified. I have a feeling Rick will recover his memories, as painful as it’s going to be, as Martin was second in line; the only one to blame is Corcoran, all other what ifs or if I had, is just that; trying to deny that fate had targeted them by just being in the presence of a very wicked man.

    Chapter 25

Life is definitely no picnic; especially when targeted by a madman.

    Chapter 25

At least the stalker doesn’t know Rick’s current location…or so we believe. It’s a good sign the neighbors are being observant and that others there also know the stalker is about the place. now hopefully the young neighbors have a great face shot to get into the face recognition system and for destribution with the police force in association with the murders; I guess a person of interest at this point.

    Unseen Hands

Walter doesn’t seem to be totally forthcoming with vital information. Classified program be damned, there is a need to know and the Kincaids or at least Greg, can be read in on the program. But Walter knows Josh is locked, knows the project, and yet still withholds …until we test his theory. Argh 😖, and what happens if something happens to him or he gets targeted himself. Good for novels and suspense, but piss poor for continuity of specialized projects.

NO, I little festive? 😂 It’s more like college days waking and asking was that real or part of the buzz?

    Chapter 21

A little spark, that hope, that Andrew could return once again from the dead; hmmm 🤔, the nine lives of Andrew Carter?
  22. Philippe

    Chapter 21

By the look of him receiving the Langley intel update, perhaps he does know what possibly awaits. The Un-SCIF seems to have them all them all perplexed. Ironically, the breech of the un-secured compartmental information facility is the very mirror of what Dr Hale was doing to Andrew with the Lisinitor; compromise his deepest secrets, remove his compartmentalization, scramble his information. Yet, the turn about is Andrew breeches Abernathy’s SCIF, exposed Abernathy’s own secrets back to him as he voided Abernathy’s little compartmental operation of disinformation and manipulation…by shredding (disemboweling?) the very letterhead of all future Abernathy operations. Poetic justice of just exactly why that drug was banned.
  23. Philippe

    Chapter 20

What, you’ve never seen a character awakened from a multi-chapter nightmare? Only the parts of Andrew escaping the compound in the thunder chicken Mustang and teaming with Enrico remains…so yes Abernathy is dead and the CSIS is now informing Will in the PM residence…as the border blockade has shown no movement…. 😂 🤞

    Chapter 20

OMFG, I just finished watching K-19 and you post this clip. Wow, what coincidence that is; that and the war sensitivities that played into the survival of those men that were pressed into service before that ship was ready and properly stocked; all as ploy for making a political statement.

    Chapter 3

It’s reading your comment that makes me wonder yet again, why and how did it come to Daisy to raise the kids of her sister and brother-in-law that was very active in tribal life? It would seem logical that Daisy wouldn’t have been that accepting to “those kids” as opposed to the other relatives. It just seems there’s even more to that story that may yet rear it’s ugly head later on.
