    Prologue

Is this kinda asking whether we should ignore that pesky little voice of self consciousness that guides us? Hmmm, Lee Wilson unplugged?

    Chapter 18

How in the world you put out the volume of stories, at the level of suspense and action amongst supporting drama, is a wonder to me. You definitely have a very hyper muse poking you to achieve your volumes. I can hardly keep up with just being an enthusiastic reader.

    Chapter 18

it is often currency of diplomacy, where money often muddies the waters or implies a sellout, and information or favors are very hard to track. There is, in what many western nations have granted as history of and for the people has demanded….Free Speech. People will be able to pull truth from chaff with any real independent thought; not the 3 sec sound bites or streaming headlines. As for the news media…hardly any news is true anymore, therefore it’s not even news but more activism for social or political agendas. Unbiased, deep investigative reporting has all but disappeared or is ignored in lieu of the narrative being driven. It’s either unverified and rushed to sell their narrative, or it’s verified by an unnamed source…which often leads back to desired messaging leaks, as seem with Abernathy. Then there’s “their own trusted sources,” or “affiliated expert” which are often network or management connected activist; much like we saw in this story as depicted in the character of Caleb Henderson. Nearly every doctor visit these days they ask if you have feelings of depression or self harm. God I hate these questions of government overreach, that gets integrated into your medical records. My review of records has uncovered implied issues that were not stated in my questions…huh, patient denies alcohol use, very familiar with alcohol abuse. What does that mean? My injuries and medications don’t allow for use of mixing alcohol with medications. Either way, when asked about those depression or self harm questions… my reply is no, I don’t watch news any more.

    Chapter 17

I understand the fictional aspect of this story but you’re overlapping real political events within not only the story but now comments; which is a GA restriction. This is why authors should not put real people and politics in their theoretical fiction, because they can’t separate their political views from story and real life; it makes the otherwise enjoyable and exciting fictional story a tap dance of real world activism.

Colt be like: Yeah. You can’t unsee that now can ya? Yup, I’m gay. The guys look so much more sexy and desirable.

    Chapter 28

That’s like talking to yourself too… hmmm 🤔, maybe that’s the therapy I need to make these voices quiet.🤐

    Chapter 28

Oh god, now you have me envisioning or perhaps more like wondering, how a two gay men, one deaf and one blind might look as they convey their sexual interest in one another, their desires, and their readiest to take that next step…all without being accused of sexual assault by some prude being nosy of their activities.

No, put the undies away, big clean and clear deep breaths.

Well, school is a major detractor, so that does skew the data a bit.

    Chapter 28

My brilliant boyfriend would have probably turned it towards the mirror, that gave the profile view of the entire bedroom. 🤦‍♂️ It’s hard to think straight with blood pressure loss.

    Chapter 28

Yup, every red blooded boy is thinking pure and innocent thoughts…20%of the time, so you’re very much correct.

They pop a can of beer and just watch the farm animals do the work.

    Chapter 28

Hell, zippers are much better at keeping the grass and dirt of the pastures out of you junk; I hate work induced trash collecting in my pockets or trying to get down my waistband; why would I invite it to homestead with there with zippy? Yuck!

    Chapter 28

If it’s an exact copy of you then isn’t it somewhat you, so is it really not allowed to…touch yourself; I sense a legal argument that says you’re not really being incestuous if it’s with an identical twin. 🤷‍♂️

    Chapter 28

OMFG, I hope they truly do know all the camera locations. A Kodak moment with yours or your boyfriends…precious… snugly stowed away in a human sheath while the other’s precious is bouncing and leaking/spurting is not the way to announce your sexuality and that you’ll be leaving home; at their request, probably more for violating their sterile house rules than for having a gay relationship. 🤦‍♂️ By the way, mom, dad, this is Joel.

Yeah, it’s a well documented tribe, originally the Nansemond tribe who are indigenous to the Nansemond River area of lower tidewater Virginia. Now known as the Nansemond Indian Nation, the tribe received federal acknowledgement in 2018. Back then, due to the rapid and increased colonization of the Nansemond homelands, many settled in the “frontier” of North Carolina. The other side of my family has more lineage to the Creek Nation, hence comments I made on Never Alone thread. How ironic that many of the loosely connected tribes of the northwest gave us the push outward; south towards the later known Virginia area and the others pushing west across to the Lakota region that gave us the resistance of the Apache and Geronimo.

Mine’s a little more removed, then from England, to France, to Italy, then to the Netherlands. So I’m probably closer related to Geronimo than to many of our British friends, though it was that hop-scotching 2 generation Englishman guy that married the Princess of the tribe; they migrated out of the first colonies in what became later became the Virginia colony.
