I’m loving the story and the characters from Capt and Goofball are perfect for these supporting roles.

Despite my comments it doesn’t mean Dean doesn’t need to talk to Leah, but her demands to know everything to her satisfaction is not her right. I had this conversation once myself. I had a couple of dates with a divorcee that also ended with sex on one occasion. Then I happened to meet another person that really heard my attention. Like Dean, I didn’t have any more dates during this initial encounter and getting to know this new interest. I did reconcile to go see the divorcee to explain I had met someone else that took my interest and I real felt I had to see where that was taking me. I apologized that there was absolutely nothing wrong with her but that I just clicked so well with this other person. No indentities, no names, no mention of sex (though I hadn’t), and no mention of gender (though that was no change). The point being that it is not some point paper that has to justify deciding against continuing to see Leah; those explanations can be personal and Leah needs to understand that if it doesn’t involve her directly then it’s his discretion to disclose any details. Leah has already breached her boundaries by demanding to know if he was seeing Kris. If Dean had asked for another date then maybe that would be appropriate for her to ask if he kissed Kris, but only if seeing him herself, not from a gossip…I’m pretty sure Jenna.

It seems a huge part of that decision may rest with Dean.

Perhaps Leah is the best motivation for Dean to pack up and help with…Toronto here we come. 😂
