  1. Agreed and you're right of course... I have a friend in Switzerland, It's more expensive there then It is here O.O and cooler... in every sense of the word...
  2. Wrong.... you have it wrong.... just because Europe's eldest Kingdoms are 2,000 years old (at most...and that being France) does not mean much to their mentality.... What matters is the Environment that their Culture is raised in... American Culture Especially in the Western parts of America have to do with Cowboys... (an idea i despise :I I don't especially like the Cowboy mentality.) However American Culture goes much longer then just White men in America and is pretty much as old as Europes.... the American Idians for instance have a very very long culture. the Eastern Part had to do with the Civil War it's period, the Revolution and so on... America is essentually the Cultural Revolutionary. It's history is filled with those who Seperate themselves from other governments and their own, that is the thing of the original Cowboy, or the Fur Trapper and so on. The Image of the Line Rider alone among the cattle Herd is a very powerful one. Europe it's history is filled with High Culture, and the Slavery and Oppression of it's own people by the Rulers of those nations for 1900 years. People see at least from my view Europe as a land of old Castles, kings, nobility, rich food and people who are contrasted by the very poor under them. Kind of like Japan's Culture being filled with the thoughts of Honor and the Samurai... to which i admire the first part... I have no active knowledge of the European peoples mentality, however from what i see, i'd assume they're younger then America, as many of the people of their countries people have only experienced freedom of expression within the last 30 years, and the Eldest only in the 1800's. However G.A. is filled mostly with those under 30, and thusly Young men tend to rage and strike back faster then those who are older, whom are more Caclulated in their mentality, And Partisian Views tend to come about very often with the younger who have more firey tempers. I actually find it sad whenever a story is no longer accessable by me in any forum or otherwise, whether the Written forum, or online. And there has been quite a few.
  3. I don't watch it, don't know what channel it's on or when it it's on... nor do i especially care....lol if i wanted to see people sing i'd watch CMT or another music channel except they no longer hoast music Videos...
  4. The problem with me is that I pretty much remember every book I ever read, thusly can not say any particular book changed my life or placed a huge impression on me... The First Real book I ever read was Snow Dog by Jim Kjelgaard I also read the My teacher is an Alien Series and a series of books having something to do with Aliens having taken over the Earth, and us rebelling against them... It ended with us expelling them then breaking up angrily on old geopolitical thoughts. Germany verses England and so on... However there was the two best friends, One a German boy and one English boy... No i don't remember the name... It may of instilled my displeasure with governmental and partisan views. >_> The Aliens were still a threat and everyone was arguing over old outdated politics...litterally old and outdated politics in the books. I also read the Ellenium by David Eddings, Mister Eddings is one of my favorite Authors... notice many times the Gods are active characters if not main characters in his stories... After him was Raymond E. Fiest, followed by Clive Cussler...Raise the Titanic was the first book of his i read... not surprisingly, in Eight Grade....All three i started Reading in 7th and 8th Grades... Speaking of the White Dragon and Anne McCaffery I read some of her books as well, specifically about the Bards, and the Rohan Series.... I read a small story that was in my English Book about a Dragon hatching... never could find it afterwards.... it was like the Smallest Dragon rider or something like that... I have also read the Crystal Cave as well Myr... I might even still have the book around here somewhere... >_> *goes looking* Btw Zombie, what was this book called...?
  5. Allows being the key word there simply because not everyone leaves feedback after reading or nessarilly reads what people write, However that being said I enjoy being here, and especially enjoy the fact that they have a higher standard.... I'd not think about posting some of my stories and stuff here otherwise... LOL! yep Lugh is both Pro and con.... he's a little gremlin....
  6. >_> don't encourage Bolemia YB...
  7. I wanted to show that they moved on, and did not follow in the footsteps, and wanted to convey a sad pride... the kid had become an adult and was a good person and wished his parents were there to see it but weren't...wow i am starting to tear up... TwT
  8. yes well it hit me like a stroke of genius when i wrote the first one.... to create three that weave together...
  9. Thank you I think the second one kind of explains what happens...
  10. Thank you they did the same to me actually.
  11. I thought so too, or at least the happiest.... I think i nearly cried on all three... for different reasons.
  12. Thank you I tried my best.
  13. thank you *hugs back* Tiger thought i was going to commit suicide when I wrote that
  14. well for breakfast what I usually have is either like a few pieces of toast with butter and peanut butter/or english Muffins or and i preffer this more a bowl of a granola cereal with milk on it top these off with orange juice and i am a happy little camper.
  15. well in the Movies underworld I kind of considered them more neutral...their leader was a good guy... Same really went with the vampires, though their leaders were mostly totalitarian jerks. yes Nightowl that was really my theory as well man's fear of preditory animals... I've always considered it up to the individual werewolf mostly whether to be good or bad, just like it is for anything else. to me it's more the pheonix is my guardian creature.... I seem to remember reading a book from the 13th century or so about a werewolf who's wife found out he was, stole his cloths so she could have his estate, then the king found him gave him cloths and he got revenge on her and her new lover
  16. what size breakfast/lunch/dinners do you eat... I am currious... Partially because I want to eat more healthy...
  17. I like most artists and Art styles... except some of the modern ones... However since i've already mentioned him Charles M. Russell Smoke of a .45 <--- my grandmother had a copy of this. Wounded but still comming <---another i've seen a copy of. Last of the 5,000, I like the drawing more then the painting, my grandfather created a wood carving from it. The Exaulted Ruler, a lot of Montana kids helped pay for that to go to the museum when i was a kid. Michelangalo's David <--- i spent a lot of time as a preteen and teen either perving it, or trying to draw him Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man <--- I just like
  18. Europe---> pretty much every capital and most countries there, China, Japan.
  19. No Charles M. Russel?
  20. I tend to use that phrase a lot.
  21. So am i The Elenium, and the Tamuli were actually the first books of his i read
  22. David Eddings fan?
  23. don't know that I have a "crush" on anyone.... I like many people as friends but no one I have "romantical" feelers for... And there are several people I find cute or hot too... But you didn't ask that
  24. I like all werewolves almost equally, however I associate the first two with Werewolves to the Furitized human... I also don't actually consider them evil... Explain to me Why they'd be evil first.... Wolves aren't nessarilly hungry for human flesh, they're a preditory animal, and usually don't come after humans at all. Humans well are humans... Werewolves could be...Crazed all that pain would make someone crazy.... I however having read some Werewolf lore, know about the Benandanti Wolves i think it was called, who were good werewolves, saving humanity from Vampires and witchs... However in my stories I tend to blame the Catholic Church and it's anti-anything not under it's control policies in Mideaval times, or anything different for that matter. Nothing against the Catholics just knowing their history they make a good bag guy.
  25. well around the same time they were having an actual trial on whether or not evolution should taught in schools, i think it was around that time... that or the twenties don't remember for sure... fun wierd things you see on the history channel. Not read Baum, or Lovecraft....LOL! wanted to but haven't...
