So the new stove and fridge are in and working. The dishwasher needs to wait a bit. Apparently in the 30 years since the kitchen was last remodeled they've changed the style of fitting for the water. I need to get my plumber in to replace the water line fittings. On top of that I need to get my electrician in to check the breaker for it because it keeps tripping. Will probably need some updates to the electric panel because it's the one that was in the house when we bought it 40 years ago. The appliance guys took the dishwasher back to their warehouse until I can get things sorted. Catch is we leave in 3 weeks to go back to SC until early August. As I told Mum while it's disappointing I can live awhile longer without a dishwasher as the old one hasn't worked for a couple years and I've managed washing things by hand. Creamed spinach, pan-seared brussel sprouts, grilled cauliflower steaks, roasted carrots and other assorted tasty stuff.

The guys are here to deliver and install my new dishwasher, stove and fridge. It will be nice to put my house back in order.

This is really very good. Rather than rehash all the points made in previous reviews let me just say. You have over the years spoiled we, the hungry little birds by providing us with captivating reads. Roping the Moon gives every indication that you done it again. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.

My head aches. Spent most of yesterday in bed. I want to go back to bed again today but Mum has an appt with the retina specialist for an injection in her left eye. On Friday we spent 2.5 hours there because she got a shot in the right eye. Can't do both eyes on the same day because of the particular med being more viscous and increasing internal pressure and increased risk of a blowout. Can't reschedule because that will effect when the next series of injections happen while we're back in SC.

I don't know, he just looked cute ...
