    Dare I say it's rather pleasant at my house. Currently, 80/26° with comfortable humidity and a light breeze. Mum is sitting out on my deck enjoying the afternoon. Not something she can do in SC this time of year. Heat and humidityis forecast to return late this weekend.

    Mum and I went to Bonefish Grill for brunch. We've done that a few times previously since being in PA and thought they might have something interesting for Father's Day. I was very disappointed. They pared their usual brunch menu to just four items. Fortunately, one was the French toast Mum usually orders. The others were Shrimp 'n grits (I make this routinely), Eggs Benedict (only so-so, I routinely get much better where we do brunch in SC), and Bang Bang Shrimp Eggs Benedict (yeah, no). Instead they added a couple of over priced steak and seafood items not normally available and 5 cocktail specials. I ended up with a Caesar salad and not a particularly good one. Woohoo. Waiting to see if they send me acrequest to survey our experience.
