  1. I love fanfiction. Harry Potter fanfiction is the only way I can enjoy the universe, since Rowling couldn't write a good story to save her life...
  2. I am indifferent to twilight, but I bet if I read/watched it I would feel about it the same way I feel about Harry Potter. I LOVE Harry Potter. But I cannot stand the books and movies written by JK Rowling. I thought it was a horrendous story full of bad plot-holes, shoddy explanations, annoying characters, and a complete cliche. But I love the Harry Potter universe. I read fanfiction at least an hour a day. I am very thankful that Rowling wrote her stories, even if I didn't like it, because it allowed other people, who are far superior writers, to entertain me. I've read some twilight fanfiction. It's pretty good. So i bet I would feel the same way.
  3. I love Nerimon. He's so talented and successful it's not even funny. I thought he is older then 21 though...ofc i'm probably wrong.
  4. Android phones are cheaper because just like with iPhones, when new devices are rolled out the older devices get a price reduction. And Android pumps out a lot of new products very quickly - so you can still get high-end devices at a low price point. But ALL major flagship phones (iPhone, Galaxy S3 and S4, HTC One, etc) are 600 w/o contract and 200 w/ contract. Only exception I know of was the Google Nexus which could be bought directly for 350. Of course you do have to get a contract for the cheaper price point of the phones, which is a cost in and of itself. Especially in the US, where I found out monthly costs are astronomically higher compared to most European countries. I pay 90 for the bare minimum and I talked to someone who gets twice as much as me for 30 euros.
  5. Well that was a lot more mundane and boring then I was hoping for...
  6. Weird stuff like what?
  7. Happy Birthday Lugh

  9. Those were absolutely amazing. That takes some real time, dedication, and skill...
  10. Mmm...i see what you did there, but banana sounds good...
  11. What's the best flavor?
  12. I actually plan on getting that Lacey. What is ATT's policy on returning phones? Notably, the iPhone with the contractless plan and the monthly payment? Because if it's on 6.1.3 I don't want it so if I can't return it i'll pick up a different phone...maybe the HTC One.
  13. I hope this is successful. Nothing wrong with innovating and improving such a useful, important product around the world.
  14. That was absolutely amazing xD
  15. Gay No
  16. I did think he was kinda cute! I'm glad that society is progressing a little bit. Better then nothing
  17. Happy Birthday!
  18. Google also buys other companies to integrate 3rd party services within their system. They bought Sparrow for 25 million earlier in the year/late last year All companies buy other companies to acquire more software/hardware/services/etc. Dropbox just bought Mailbox and its company, which is a new iOS app, for 100 million.
  19. I REALLY adore his movie villain melody. I think it's perfection.
  20. I got extremely poor vision from reading regular books, not ebooks. Over the last few years when i've done mostly online reading, my vision had stabilized more and more.
  21. I have an iPhone and a Macbook Pro. I LOVE the Macbook but am considering getting an android or windows phone instead. Or i could just get an iPhone 5 xD I plan on getting an iPad in May for my birthday. I think that would be really useful (but now i have to buy 2x the cases and screen protectors v.v)
  22. I'll read any story as long as it fits into my criteria. 1. High School/College 2. Not labeled "No sex" 3. 10K+ words If it fits into that, i'll read it. But poor grammar and spelling immediately make me move on, and i'm not a fan of overly-sappy romance.
  23. That was absolutely wonderful. And i'm going to check out that site's snarky gear Thanks for sharing
  24. I wish my college would start embracing this kind of thinking... I mean seriously, 90% of the lecture halls don't even have sockets for laptop charging, and the wifi access is atrocious. And this is a college built only a little while ago. Although they do offer eTexts for every required textbook. While I don't buy eTexts, I appreciate the ability to get them at a cheaper cost (though not 50% cheaper. Usually about 20%)
