Life, no matter how much you might want it, can not be managed. Things sneak up and happen. Dad has his capsulscopy next Wednesday. It is making him crazy and guess who the target is? I have no internet until I can afford mifi. It might take a week or so but I will be back. In the meantime I am getting things done as I can. If you are lucky I have maybe three drinks a year. I am not a beer drinker. Drinks of choice are usually mixed drinks. Fuzzy Navel - Peach Schnapps, vodka, and orange juice Mimosa - Orange juice and champange Rum and Coke Mudslide - Kahlua, Chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, Bailey's Irish Cream, and vodka I prefer blush wines or fruit wines used for dessert wines such a peaches.

I shouldn't have said it, but the word slipped out of my mouth as easy as air. It wasn't exactly the kind of word any well-behaved student would use, which sort of explained why I had just used it. And it certainly isn't the most elegant way to start off a story, but it honestly represents what I was feeling. Besides, I could have said something a lot stronger.

Well you took that prompt and ran with it. Yes that is so much darker than the original was. First there is the pain of losing your partner. A pain that has to hurt so much, but to have it compounded by knowing that because you got him back, you lost him and then one of your children. That has to rip your heart and soul apart. Good story though Cyn. Dark as hell though.
