Before joining GA I never thought about how strong feelings could be for someone you don't know in RL...but I've gotten really close with some people and really care about them. Percy is really focused on his business, so much that his personal life has suffered. He's also so scared of facing the world as a gay man. It's a serious topic but I try to bring a little laughter to his situation, too. I'm glad you like it so far

This is a lighter story landing a little on the comedy side. It is a little quirky, but so am I so please forgive me. Percy is definitely conflicted over his sexuality. Yes, he has used woman and men for his own sexual gratification but has never been in a serious long-term relationship…he wants more, but he doesn’t know how to get it without coming out. The chapter was a little more, hopefully a few more answered questions, but leaves you still curious enough to keep coming back. Thanks for reading.

I’ve met people from big cities who were terrified to come out as well as small towners who were open and didn’t care who knew, so where you live doesn’t determine if you’re out or not. Percy is very afraid to come out. He’s worried that it will affect his business. (BTW I haven’t mentioned it yet but he’s in his early 30’s) As for their chat, Max got his feelings hurt a little and reacted. He wanted to send Percy/Binx some pictures but when he was told no, he over-reacted. He needs time to chill out. I’m pretty sure that Max will be back…we’ll have to wait and see. What? What a nice short chapter (JK) I really like how Scott handled the questions at school, I was worried when that would happen but he handled it so well, very head-on. Oooh guess who's comming to dinner? Cameron? Tina? Sidney Poitier? hehe

I know there are readers who aren’t afraid to give constructive criticism. I’ve received my share since joining GA and started posting my stories, but most of them have come in the form of a private message. I think if you have something nice to say, then its okay to post if for all to see, even if it is not flattering, stating your reasoning behind a less than raving review, but if it’s something that might upset someone, I would send them a PM and always start with an explanation of why I’m sending it vs posting in open reviews. When sending honest feedback in a PM, I tell them that I’m sorry if I’m too blunt or it hurts their feelings and have been lucky that every author that I’ve talked to has been appreciative of my opinion on their writing. That might be why you don’t see these conversations on the reviews since these more frank conversations are done so privately.

I don't have as much trouble falling asleep when I actually lay down to sleep. I can't stay asleep, ever! I'm up every 10-15 minutes, that's the time span that I can stay in one place. I have to roll over and re-position after about an hour or two at the very most, I can't stand it anymore and I have to get up. Some nights I can't calm my mind enought to relax but I've been trying to meditate, which is helping but I still hear everything (headphones don't work) We do have a fan on that drowns most of the other sounds out but I still wake up at the slightest sound. Thank goodness there's no traffic noise, that really makes me bonkers.
