    Sunburns have only been a problem once or twice in my 60+ years, I don't have any missing limbs, thank GOD, but I have completely lost sight in one eye and have very poor vision in the other which causes extreme problems with typing on a laptop. So, if I make errors or repeat myself, please forgive me. It's not always on purpose. 😜

    Thanks, Jason — that’s fair. My intention wasn’t to dismiss anyone’s personal experiences or imply they “don’t like good acting.” I was responding to the idea that the series romanticizes or validates suicide, which I don’t believe it does. I appreciate you pointing out how certain stories can hit close to home for different people. That’s absolutely true, and I respect that. My point was simply that the show’s message is the opposite of validation — it shows the pain and consequences clearly, and for some viewers that can be meaningful rather than harmful. But I hear what you’re saying about tone, and I appreciate the perspective.

    Just because you don't like the good acting and the emotional drama this movie provides doesn't mean others can't enjoy it. It's a good movie and tells a good tale. Very few people would find suicide an acceptable answer to any situation, yet it does unfortunately happen nearly every day. Within the story it clearly makes the point that their actions affected many people who loved them. It actually could convince someone contemplating this action to realize that this irreversible act would cause loved ones unimaginable pain. In fact, the targeted audience — teens and young adults — are the very group that should see and hear the message of this movie: suicide is never the answer. It most certainly does not validate suicide; quite the opposite.

    Yeah, you're right concerning public vs private, however no cop can "legally" demand to see what's on someone's personal (camera) property without probable cause or a warrant.
