  1. This page seems to have most of the srory archived - I couldn't get past chapter 166 - http://web.archive.org/web/20110512020155/http://arentboynamed.wordpress.com/
  2. It is a day for spending money on stuff that mostly ends up in the trash. It's the biggest day of the year for selling flowers, and I suppose it's pretty big for chocolates and jewelery too. But it's a day when people can show their love for someone and do it in a way that puts that love above the value of money. That's a gift in itself. So, if I was going to pick one thing of those three, it would have to be a dinner date, a private one with a private chef, and it would last all day, and include more than just dinner. Flowers and chocolates I can have any time, but that's not always true about spending an entire day with my special boy.

    Cooking thread

Well, I can cook, when I really need to, but I would rather let someone else do the cooking, that way I have more time to eat. OK, I don't have any problem sticking a frozen pizza in the oven, after I put lots of different extra stuff on it, and I can fix mac n cheese like a pro, but so far I don't have any recipes to share. I could probably make one up, but I doubt anyone would want to try it, not even me. So, just let me know when the foods done cooking and I'll bring a fork and knife to help with the eating
  4. I read the item on the site, and it seems to say that this event has already happened.
  5. iHave an iPod but iDon't use it, so iT iS iN a drawer somewhere, iAint sure which one. iGuess iAint iN touch anymore. iStill eat apples though. i'M going for the speech controlled stuff, that way iDon't need to touch anything.
  6. Oh I do all those things, and I still will sing a verse or two when someone is around to hear it. I'm not all that shy, but I doubt if there's gonna be a day when I can sell tickets, unless it's tickets to someone elses show.
  7. This is one of the best posts I've seen. I don't get to see anything of people on here except what they say. I don't have the sort of challenges I just read about, but reading them reminded me that I don't often consider that there are important differences between myself and others that I'm not, and may never, be aware of. Those differences are always important, because peoples circumstances have some effect on their lives and how they relate to the rest of the world. If I keep that in mind then I can understand things that I wouldn't otherwise. It's good to be reminded of that, because it helps me to be more thoughtful about the things that sometimes bewilder me in other people. It also reminds me of two famous people with problems they fought to overcome, Helen Keller and Stephen Hawking. I think the big idea, at least for me, is that everyone, regardless of who they are or what I think of them, has as much potential as I do, if not more, and deserves the same consideration, or thoughtfullness, that I think I deserve. I think it's something that's lacking in the world, so I had to say something about it. Thanks for a very meaningful post.
  8. I love singing, but I never seem to attract an audience when i do, so I've decided that I'm much better off just humming.
  9. He must have figured out that everyone else is acting, playing some character that isn't really them. When you figure that out you lose your fear and can be who you really are.
  10. OK, well I'm curious, how many haircuts does it take before you have had a pound of hair cut off, and how many pounds would that cost altogether?
  11. So, do you work for Mrs. Lovett??
  12. ok, well here I think a number 3 is a bacon cheeseburger, medium fries and a medium drink, but it could be a diffrent number, and I think the people serving it have number 2's on their head, otherwise they need to wear a hat
  13. ok,it's something not used here then I guess, and it's about 4 3/4 inches, so a number 3 would be about 9mm? I'm guessing
  14. umm, ok, what's a number 3 and a number 4? Never heard of numbered haircuts. Anyway, I get it done by a lady who has a shop at her house, same place mom goes, and she's done it for a long time.
