I had kinda forgotten about this site until i got the email telling me about this review. -feels super bad- ive been busy writing a bit of fan fic and such and forgot to post the next chapter. ive been looking through facebook lately and noticed a friend of mine never puts a status in her own words. it's always a quote! that, of course, got me thinking. i have alot of quotes that i love. this is comical. i was just contemplating starting this very thread and saw yours. haha ive already gone to one costume party as the crow. (with my own spin of course because it was a rush job and i couldnt go all out) i have another one to go to the 29th and thats gunna be better. i will be eric draven. same concept but this time im putting more into it and goin all out. i cant afford the trench coat but ive got an old under armor shirt thats tight that im going to gut up and put "gun shots" in, coupled with tight pants and black duct tape and i should look good. im even planning on a long haired wig. ^.^

i used to play flyff but got bored. played wow and got bored. beat fable 1 2 and 3 about 4 times each. and i am currently obsessed with the dragon age series. i am on my 6th playthrough of 2 and just reordered 1 so i can play it a few times again. i CANNOT wait for the new zelda game or dragon age 3 of course. i also love gears of war, elder scrolls, and fallout. though i prefer rpg's with over the head views and not fps. i STRONGLY avoid fighters, racers, and side scroll.

This story is very different but beautiful in a different way than the normal "boy meets boy, boys fall in love, angst, and then bliss" combo. I'm a 22 year old man and every time i see an 'elderly' couple that look at each other the way you described these two looking, i want to cry at how beautiful it is. pain fades, hair turns to white, beauty changes, and bodies decay; but love, now that lasts a life time and sometime longer. thank you for sharing this love with us. <3

this story is heartwarming. you played it out so well that you can understand and side with the station of any one of your main characters without having to switch narrators. i, too, loved the interaction between the father and son. it was cute and made me happy to see. not having a relationship with my own father, it makes me smile to remember that there are good dads out there. thank you for that. ^.^ thank you for letting all of us share in Eli's world. it was truly a delight.

I am glad you are enjoying the story so far. I'm hoping to get alot more done on it soon. A chapter a week I think. So, keep your eyes peeled! I think there is only one more flash back coming anytime soon though. I don't want it to get confusing.
