My goodness Marcus is acting like a spoiled brat. The changes in Kye’s life are huge and I believe he made the right choice to stay in Perth with his brothers, a well thought out plan!!! it could be jealousy, or a crush on Marcus’ part, but I truly believe it’s spoiled brat syndrome…

I certainly hope Kit will be alright. Funerals tend to bring out the worst in a lot of people and the timing seems perfect for a huge argument and/or revelation!

I am so wowed by this story. Everything seems to be working out for these couples. I realize there are probably some storms ahead as we still have to deal with the pastor-fire chief-mayor group and then elections. I only hope all the good guys are left standing proud!!!

I’ve binged the first three chapters and must say I’m thoroughly enjoying this story. I hope Tom won’t be a problem but sense he will provide some angst. Otherwise there wouldn’t be 48 chapters more…lol. I’m always looking for that “HEA” feeling and hope our little lawyer-vet-princess family get there!

Having just binged my way through this story, I have to say you gave me all the feels. I laughed, cried, got angry, and cried some more. I guess I never saw it coming until the line about “Gordy getting himself killed” came up. It hit me like a shot. Thank you for this story and I look forward to reading others.

What a shame about the trespassers…totally unprofessional and just plain rude!!! Do I hazard a guess that Carson called the PM and got the Mounties involved???

Sad about Kyle’s wife, but otherwise a great chapter with some beautiful stops. It’s also sad about Seb and Lewis’ marriage.

This just frosts my Cheerios!!! Sebastian went too far this time!!! Threatening to cut Alex off if he doesn’t fall in line and partner with Sebastian was a no-no! And it certainly is unfortunate timing about the “accident” on Alexander’s yacht! If Seb had anything to do with that, he could possibly end up losing everything…I can’t see Lewis staying with him!

Thank goodness Oliver is well on the mend. It sounds like Austin’s lawyer is going to be running between his office and the front cottage a lot! Seems to me that the family is already in breach of the lease agreement and should be evicted!

Is this the first inkling that Felicity is connected to Adam and Andy??? Things make a lot more sense now. I want to see Oliver get what’s coming to him!!! I can’t abide abusive spouses…they make me sick!!!

Great start to what will be another fantastic story. It saddens me that Austin was separated from his brother. We can only hope that the brother isn’t like the aunt and uncle. Would it stand to reason that the brother also has a trust? Would the aunt and uncle be raiding that trust? Can’t wait for the next chapter!!!

I grew up in the 1970’s and 80’s in a small redneck town in North Texas that was like Colt’s hometown. Friendships, relationships, and my job changed after the rumors about me came out. I was still the same person, but suddenly I was a monster in their eyes. I still battle with bitterness and pain 40 years later. Great chapter...Colt might have handled it in a better way, but sometimes you have to be brutal to get your point across.
