I certainly hope you decide to write the sequel to this. I would also love to hear Brandon's story and where it goes. I'm glad Drew was mature enough to put the pieces together and come to the right conclusion about Rick. What a great story!!!
Oh my...that was an interesting chapter. I only hope that Rick can come clean soon or figure out that he is gay...I'm not sure whether he is or not...sometimes methinks he doth protest too much!!!
Rick just keeps getting himself in deeper and deeper. I don't see any way out of this unless Drew finds someone else and breakers it off with Rick. I'm also kind of sick of Drew's constant sexual crap but that's only because I have a friend who does the same thing. I have to remember these kids are in their teens and not as old as I am.
I'm curious to see how the players end up.
Damn...I've got tears running down my face. What an emotional chapter. I still don't know how Jacob could be sorry one minute and hurting Zach the next.
Thank you for getting Jacob away from his abusive father. I only hope that Zach and he can get past all the problems caused by others and have a loving relationship.
I have a real problem reconciling the priest who talked to Zach and the priest who punched his son for the same thing. I have a problem with a priest that would punch anyone, for that matter. I am an organist in a Disciples of Christ church and my pastor not only knows about me, but accepts me and loves me unconditionally as do many others in my congregation. Might I mention that I also live in the Bible Belt.
What a great story. I went from hating David to liking him. I would love to see a continuation of what happens with Scott and Adam and Scott's parents. Thank you for a story that more people should read and respond to!!!
Obviously I got the wrong name in the last review. I meant Adam and not Ayden. David still has some things to learn. I hope the next few chapters change his attitude. I really don't like him much right now.
