  1. Enjoy your dinner. I think I'm off to bed at a halfway decent hour for once, to make up for last night. Goodnight, DiC! See you tomorrow.
  2. I don't think it would have been a question if it were universally recognised as always A Bad Thing™.
  3. (I may have stoled the format of this blog post for my status update... sorry, lol)
  4. Hope the rest of your day goes well. See ya!
  5. I have no idea how much we get, but last week the snow was almost as high as the garden fence, lol
  6. I enjoy snow in moderation, but you can certainly have too much of a good thing. Stay warm!
  7. Woot! You are savvy to the tiny proto-human's genitalia, so now you know all about what kind of person it'll be!
  8. You will absolutely love it, dude! ...so, it's like someone did a cross between Val and Slytherin?
  9. Stopped snowing here, and started to thaw. Hope it doesn't get cold again, I don't want any more ice...
  10. Sorry, just an expression. I just mean that it's very on point with regard to my state of mind lately.

    Summer Night

Thank you, Mac. I'm glad you liked it.
  12. I feel attacked, lol! Thanks, Mac. An important reminder. Hi, Parker! How are you?
  13. Them be pretty shitty as well. Though I’m emetophobic, so gagging coughs are still worse for me. Long as I shut up I’m mostly okay.
  14. Truth, dude.
  15. Yup. So often.
  16. Nope, no choir practice after all. Got this awful cold that won’t shake. Just coughed so hard I almost threw up (sorry for being gross and over sharing...) so decided that singing? Stupid idea. Staying home instead. Boyfriend is making veggie fajitas.
  17. Not too bad. About to go to choir practice.
  18. Hi! How are you?
  19. Here’s hoping.
  20. Sorry to hear it. Insomnia’s a bitch.

    Summer Night

Thank you, Parker. It’s got me thinking too, really. I think there’s more to this poem than I thought there was when I wrote it years ago... Isn’t that strange?
  22. the wind is blowing through the trees and the sky is bright red in the north, north-east the summer moon is just half full but it’s shining more brightly than ever the birds have all gone to sleep long ago and the night is so bright and i love this so the still and calm just before the dawn as the summer seems to last forever but i know that it isn’t forever and that’s all right with me because you, my love, are not here right now but
  23. Yeah, I get what you mean. I feel bad for Oslo’s school children. Friday is this city wide winter sports day, where school kids go ski or skate or snowboard or whatever, but it’ll probably be a bit less fun without snow if it all thaws by then...
