Where Am I? I was lost! How the hell had I manged to get lost in my own back yard? I was sure I had taken the same path I always did. But, instead of ending up at Grandma’s house, I was lost. The trees seemed to grow taller with every step I took. I looked around apprehensively. Were there really wild animals around? What about the story Jonnie was telling me about the other day at school? There were supposed to be monsters living in the woods. Ones that ate children for breakfas

“There is no way I’m wearing that!” Dereck snapped. Chris looked at the costume he was holding then back at his furious looking partner. “Why not?” “I’ll look like an idiot. That’s why not!” “But, it’s couples costume night. We’re supposed to either dress in matching costume or as a famous couple. If you don’t like this what about, Tweedle-dumb and Tweedle-dee? They’d be less revealing if that’s the problem.” “I don’t have a problem showing skin, you know that. I do have a proble

As Gary said, well said/written Timmie. As a reader, i always like a chapter I've read, i do this because i do like the chapter and to let the author know i have read it. I do intend to leave comments/reviews, but i must admit to getting caught up and not always having time. Which is where the like button comes in handy As an author, i love reviews. Bad or good reviews tell me a lot. Is a story plot working? Have i forgotten to add Tim's edits? (that happens a lot ) Have Tim and I missed something? Where could i be doing better? Do i like getting bad reviews? Of course not. But, as long as they are constructive and tell me where i am going wrong, i am always willing to listen and learn. Nice blog post Timmie

I hope you got a great grade on the assignment. i loved how you gave them all so much personality even with just the few words you used. I'll look forward to what you come up with next.

I was lucky that my hubby's old job meant he was only away at night. But, those nights he worked i didn't sleep. I know exactly what you mean about a cold bed. And it's too quiet as well. Time never goes fast and i hope you find things to keep yourself busy to help the time going by not hurt too much. As for the colleague? I would have dropped something 'accidentally' on her. from a good height. Trust me I've done it, it works Well, as long as you don't get caught of course. Hang in there and plan how you're going to welcome your man home

Everyone has already said what I was thinking, so, I'll just say.. Great Chapter

Daniel Daniel sighed when the door opened to admit Kevin again. He’d thought he would get longer to regroup and think up a new set of plans. But, that’s life. He was about to make some comment when another man joined Kevin. The hair was different and the face was thinner, but those eyes. He would never forget those eyes. “You,” Daniel snarled. “Yes, me,” the man drawled. “I believe we have unfinished business, Silas.” Daniel froze then flicked a glance at Kevin. One look at the man’s sickly

Silas Silas didn’t like the idea he had forming. “How? How can you find him?” he demanded of Toby. Toby had the grace to look guilty. “I—Um—may have—kinda—well….” “Spit it out will you,” Silas snapped. “Time’s a wasting.” “I had a doctor friend put tracking devices in your arms when you were in hospital.” He spoke so fast the words blurred. “Kevin is still out there somewhere. How was I to know if he would come after you both again?” Silas was furious. “That’s your excuse? You do remember t

Mack is the perfect guy for me however much i may moan about him sometimes Thanks for reading and reviewing. Caz/Carl

Martin was very good at manipulating Lee. After they moved in together he would always be suggesting things for 'their enjoyment'. A new computer, telly, sound system. Lee had great credit but Martin didn't, of course he promised to make all the payment faithfully. Then he left one day and took the whole lot with him. All the bills were in Lee's name and no one could find hide nor hair of Martin. The rest as they say is history. Thank you for the review Caz/Carl

Thanks fir all your help and suggestions. Yep, my mum and dad take every opportunity to torment me Thanks for the review Caz/Carl

I am glad you liked my story. Martin was out for what he could get, he only wanted to settle down because of the extra money a child would bring in Once he reslized he wasn't getting any more, he ran. Mack and I are happy together, and as long as we remember to always work at being there for each other, we will be happy for many more years to come. Thanks for the review Caz/Carl

I learnt from a young age, that i am me, and if people don't like it? Well, that's their problem, nit mine Unfortunately, bullies and others (including some nanagers) don't like people who don't fit the mould and I definitely didn't (and still don't) Thanks ffor the review and I'll consider revisiting, but it will depend on time. Caz/Carl

I'm glad you liked my story. Simon and I made better friends than lovers, so it wirked out in the end. I think Lee will find love eventually, but isn't ready just yet. Thank you for the review Caz/Carl

I'm glad you liked my story and yes Mack is a dream (most of the time) . Lee and Martin weren't meant to be, especially when Lee ran out of money and didn't want to settle down. Hopefully Lee will get a happy ever after eventually. Thanks for the review, and you were very right about the mistake, I'll see if I'm allowed to correct it Caz/Carl

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed my story. Martin and Lee were together for four years in total. No-one saw how bad Martin was until it was too late. Thank you for the review Carl -
Giveaway Giveaway! Paperback Of Help! My Lover's An Alien
Caz Pedroso posted a blog entry in Caz Pedroso's Blog
*Posted With Permission* Happy New Year Everyone In the later part of 2016 I decided to self-publish my story Help! My Lover’s an Alien. I did a few corrections, and fixed a couple of consistency errors. Then, I added it to Amazon Paperback and Kindle (including KU) and as they wouldn’t let me post it for free I am giving all the money I receive from sales to a charity called Stonewall that supports LGBTQ youths in the UK and abroad. The current total is over £20 raised. Please note, the story hasn’t been changed or expanded, this is not an ad trying to get you to buy anything. But, I have a paperback copy of the book to giveaway to a GA member. I wanted to give something back to all the wonderful people on this site. Here is a bit about the story – Blurb: Lor is an Elite Guard for his planet's ambassador, and they’re heading for Earth. He is not looking for his mate, but, when they arrive he finds him. What should he do? How does an alien court a human? Dillon is a trainer for the military. All he wants is a man to love him for who he is. That's not too much to ask, is it? Can two men from different species make a lasting relationship work? **This is a story written for the Goodreads MM Romance Group, Love is an Open Road, DRitC Event** As Amazon will not allow me to list this book for free all royalties will go to charities that support LBGT causes. Additional Details. Paperback: 154 pages Publisher: CreateSpace Independent Publishing Platform (25 Aug. 2016) Language: English ISBN-10: 1523448911 ISBN-13: 978-1523448913 Product Dimensions: 15.2 x 1 x 22.9 cm A special thanks go to: Cannd – For her wonderfull beta reading alishead – For her great editing, and for her patience in answering my questionsmost of which usually started with, why? Terms and conditions Entrants must be over eighteen due to book content. Only one entry per person. This competition is open worldwide.
