    Shooting Idiots

As we say here, they are local yahoos / idiots, wanting to have fun without any care on who they annoy, injure or property they damage. Very common in Australia with the yahoo’s usually being in late teens early adulthood, who just want to have fun with their mates….
  2. “Somehow we have some major leaks in law enforcement in three countries, and we need to get these three witnesses into a more secure location like Oscar’s Country retreat. We organised a conference between some regional executives of the NCB to speak to Oscar, but when he saw the extra people on the screen he disconnected the link, and he has ignored all of our calls,” Koen added. “That is twice now… Two times that you guys have put Oscar in possible harm’s way. Tell me Koen, what is the main ai
  3. I led the way into their new home, where Julia and the boys had a good look around the pod, which Rebecca and I had been busy adding stuff to make it more homely for them, with one of the bedrooms made into a playroom for the twins, and they soon found all the toys waiting for them. “The boys have separate bedrooms, but if they want to share a bedroom, we can happily change that around for them,” I said to Julia, “Let’s wait and see how they handle it, they usually do share a bedroom, so we may
  4. We decided that it would be safer if we travelled by road and we are already on our way. We left Canberra early this morning, and we stopped for some breakfast, before we cross over the border, southwest of our start location,” Jarrad said to us. “Are you there Giles? Take the longer route and stop over at my property on the coast, I will book you in under my name for a few days, so you can all have a rest on the way,” I said over the phone. “Got that boss, I was thinking of the same thing

    Julia & Co

Once in chambers, Koen explained that there had been recent breaches in the police database, with searches for the whereabouts of his two protected witnesses, which are currently under investigation. Koen added that since they were unsuccessful in finding information on the databases to give their whereabouts, they are now attempting to use the courts to demand their location and have them come before the courts, to kill them, which would result in a dismissal of their case through the appeal pr

    Staff leave

The next morning, I was up early, even though I had only a few hours of sleep and I was making a cup of tea when Marcus and Hunter appeared. “Good morning boss, I was expecting you to have a sleep-in with the late night you had last night,” Hunter said to me. “By the looks of it, you haven’t had much sleep either,” I commented, “That’s true, but someone had to be close by in case the new arrivals needed anything. I slept on and off in the pod lounge of the lad's pod, they were still asleep when
  7. By the time we arrived back at the property the next morning, we were tired but happy that we had a great few days together exploring the coast north of Perth, with Marcus back at the property, and he informed us that my Grandparents had returned home early the day before. He also mentioned that everyone would be returning the following day, as there had been some developments regarding the first arrivals, but that is all Marcus knew about it, so we would have to wait until Jarrad returned to fi
  8. Yes, i agree with all of that, but as mentioned in the story earlier, the nearest point of the property on the south west corner of the main block is over 200 metres from the beach, behind bush shrubs, so the boundary fence would be hard to see directly from the beach.
  9. Rebecca jumped into the driver seat of one of the other Utes, while Jarrad jumped into the other vehicle, and we all dashed out of the complex and headed down the paddock. “Hold back guys, the Council Ranger has just arrived, and he is talking to them,” Giles said over the radio. “Jarrad and Becca return to base please,” I added over the radio as I slowed down and turned off the main headlights, so I was travelling with just the parking lights on, which wasn’t a problem with the moon shining at
  10. On Christmas Eve morning, Marcus returned from an early morning patrol and informed us that there was a large crowd down on the beach, setting up shade shelters/gazebos on the beach, along with tables, chairs and eskies. “How many are there?” I asked sounding concerned as I continued to eat my breakfast. “About twenty or so for a rough guess, without revealing that I was nearby watching them,” Marcus replied. “Did they have swimming gear and such?” Rebecca asked Marcus, “Everything from scu

    Work and Fun

The storeman went back to the holding area, and after about a twenty-minute wait, he returned with my two suitcases, which I double-checked that they were mine, and took them off the counter, placing them on the floor by my feet. “You really need to do a better job with customers' luggage, your customer service stinks. Have a good day,” I said, just as Rebecca and Jarrad picked up my suitcases and headed for the exit, and I followed. “Excuse me sir… what did you just say to that gentleman a

Yes it is very long… So long that when at Sydney Central, it needs to be split in half on two platforms, to allow suburban trains to pass through the station.
  15. “Hunter is joining us? That’s great, he can do all the cooking for us then,” Jarrad said and I heard the others chuckling about this comment. “Gran and Gramps tell us he is a nice bloke, and only a couple years younger than us,” Jarrad said, “Yes that is true, he has been useful as a housekeeper and has become a good friend too,” I stated. “Hello Oscar, how are you old friend?” a new voice said and it took me a while to realise who the voice belonged to. “Hugh? What are you doing back in W

Red Kangaroo class no longer in use, it is all sleeper compartments now, two classes.
  17. Once we arrived home in Adelaide, we unpacked and settled in, with Hunter going for a swim in the pool for a while, and I just did some reading in my lounge. The following day we all headed off to our university campuses and for the remainder of the semester, we all kept busy with our studies, I also had a few visits to the doctors regarding my injuries that needed additional physiotherapy sessions, to get full movement back into the arm, and I had two practical learning sessions at the local TA

The Racecourse Bay property was being prepared for a long-term lease, and I have already planned for a business to take over the care of the gardens of the William Street property and the paddock at Racecourse Bay, so your services will no longer be required, but if anything changes, I will let you know,” I responded. “I am sorry that we are losing you as a client but thank you for considering us in the future. Have a good day. Goodbye,” the caller said before ending the call. I took a few

    Hunter's Mum

Happy that everything was now on its way back to being in good order, we spent an hour along with Toby getting the gardens around the house looking great again, before we headed back down to Port Macdonnell where we relaxed for the rest of the afternoon. The following morning after a late breakfast and a nice stroll down at the beach, we packed up and headed north to Mount Gambier, where we would be spending our last night in the region, before flying back to Adelaide in the afternoon. “Oh you will pay this amount I am certain of it, and if you don’t, then I am sure the courts will be happy to force you to do so as it is clearly stated in our contract for your management of the property, that you will keep the property clean and in good order, with regular monthly inspections and a full property report to be submitted to me. As well as this quote, you will also be receiving an invoice for the cleaning of the cottage and the cost of mowing and slashing the grass, which you are

  24. “Unless the court hearing is in Adelaide, I will not be attending, as I am currently arranging the selling up of my property and returning to Adelaide to continue my studies. In regards to the car accident in which I was a victim of an idiot's actions, I have Dashcam footage of the other driver pulling out onto the road attempt to do a U-turn right in front of me, without looking for oncoming traffic, I know that I am in the clear for that matter as well,” I stated. “I see, well we will have to
