  1. It sounds like Tait was blindsided by the changes in his Sean. I have to wonder if there were other signs he wasn't seeing or if there was a reason (like alcohol abuse or a mental illness) that caused this change after the years they were together. That's not to say any of that is an excuse for what happened, but it seemed like it happened so unexpectedly. Tait seems to be getting the help he needs to try to get past what happened to him. I'm intrigued and want to know more. Who is Philip? How does he come in to this story? What is Sean going to do now that Tait is out of the hospital? It's a great start, tim.

    Chapter 21

Chapter 21 Merrick stood in front of the see- through wall of the observation deck and watched a large moon pass by the ship. They had been in orbit over Alectera for over twenty-four hours now, and he was getting antsy. He wanted to get down to the planet and start on his investigation. He, Kalen, and Landin had reviewed everything Jenson had sent them on the Alecteran culture, and felt as prepared as he could get. Thinking of the vampire brought a smile to Merrick’s lips. He knew the

    Chapter 20

I think it's good to be reminded sometimes what our decisions and actions could cost us. In this case, it could have easily lost Jenson Merrick. I'm not sure if knowing that would have made Jenson change any of the decisions he made, but the conversation with Connor did give him some perspective on what Merrick was going through. I agree with you, the biggest problem Merrick and his team are going to have is not knowing who, if anyone, they can trust. Thank you for another wonderful review and your support. I do appreciate it
  5. There were so many things in this chapter that made my heart ache (in a good way, I promise!) 1. Nate and Bodie. They are a wonderful version of what a teenage romance should be. They care about each and want to be friends first and foremost. They’re not just looking to lose their ‘V’ cards. It makes you root for them to make it through the long haul, even if they have so many years ahead of them. 2. Big Mike and Colleen. These are two of the most supportive parents a person could hope to have. To be honest when I think of Big Mike I see a lot of you there. He has that big heart of yours, and that mischievous teasing streak. 3. Chet and Aaron. OMG OMG OMG they’re going to be daddies!! I actually cheered out loud when I read that. I’m so happy for them. Not so long ago neither man thought they would ever find someone they wanted to be with, much less love them back and start a family with. They have come so far. I wish they were real men so I could hug them and congratulate them myself. 4. Saint Kendall. Enough said 5. Dr. Dooley: See above 6. M and K. What’s not to love about these two? They are loving and teasing and tender and hot, all wrapped up in two bodies. They do love each other, but it’s their light hearted teasing with each other that really makes me smile. It’s an incredible feeling to be in love with your best friend and to have them love you back, and these two prove that. I can’t wait for the wedding and to see them start their lives and their family together. Thank you, Gary, for another wonderful chapter. It’s bittersweet to know we’re one chapter closer to the end of our time with this family, but I know we’re going to leave them in a happy place in their lives.

    Chapter 20

Creepy? lol I think M's dad was, in his kind but very honest way, sending J a message. He saw what J's seeming indecision did to his son. Trust me, now that the message has been delivered I doubt that conversation will happen again.

M going overboard is a real fear. Hopefully his team will be able to keep him focused. Thank you for the review and your support, tim. I appreciate both

    Suffer

It can be hard to see someone you love hurting, and not being able to help. Sometimes all you can do is let them know you're there.
  9. I remember reading this a long time ago (before I ever met you) and the story was so beautiful that I feel in love with it and the characters. I'm so happy to see you posting this story here and am exciting to see the changes you're making. Patrick is so incredibly lonely that I just want to hug him and tell him to hang in there. That things will get better. I can't imagine being burdened with knowing people's true emotions. You would think it would be great, but really it can make your life very lonely if it keeps you from letting anyone close to you. Even casual acquaintances have value and I think Patrick would have a hard time having anyone in his life casually (whether platonic or sexual). Counting down the days for chapter 2.
  10. Carly is certifiable. I can't imagine how you can redeem her at this point. She's been a bitter, vindictive and cruel person for so long that I just can't see anything changing with her any time soon. How can someone be so jealous of her brother, and so determined to be popular that she nearly ruined so many lives in one foul swoop? Why would someone WANT to be in a marriage where they KNOW their partner doesn't love them and isn't even sexually attracted to them? I get now that it's not Craig and Jared crossing the line in this story.. Carly demolished that line a long time ago. I would hate to think that Bailey isn't Jared's, but I can see that being Carly's next club out of the bag if strong arming Jared doesn't work. That rant on Carly aside, I love the progress Craig and Jared have made. Jared was Craig's first crush... I can't really say love because they didn't know each other well enough at that point... and now they have a chance to be happy. I can't wait to see what Craig has planned. Next chapter please! *chirp chirp*
  11. I love how you can convey through words the clarity you get from running. I don't run personally, but friends who do describe the same ability to think and put things into perspective as their feet propel them forward. I hope that the love you describe is with you for many many years to come.

    Chapter 20

The flauros are highly territorial and the vampires would have been in their perceived territory, so it's not surprising they would defend their 'home'. I hope knowing Jenson loves him will help, but sometimes things happen that make people lose focus. I can't really say what's going to happen, but it will be an interesting journey. About the homecoming? Thank you for your review and your support, Tim. I appreciate it

    Chapter 20

I think Merrick wants the investigation done so he knows he finally has someone paying for what happened to Jenson. Right now Jenson, who also wants justice, is more worried about M coming back safe. Thank you for your review and your support, Puppilull. I appreciate it

    Chapter 20

J was determined that M knew how much he loved him. Merrick's dad saw his son pining for the same man for years... and he does really like J, so he wanted to make sure Jenson knew he approved. He was also determined to have his say Thank you for your review and your support, Def. I appreciate it

    Chapter 20

Thank you I'm so pleased that the chapter worked. I was worried it might be a little 'slow' but I wanted to show what Jenson was thinking. The conversation with Merrick's father was unexpected, but Connor insisted. Thank you so much for all of your support, and another great review, Gary

    Chapter 20

Chapter 20 Jenson’s awareness came back in increments. The first thing he noticed was that he hurt… everywhere. His chest burned with every breath, and his legs felt like pain filled weights. He blinked slowly, allowing his eyes to adjust to the light. He tried to remember where he was. Oh yes… the ship’s medical bay. He took a breath, and felt a painful tug by his ribs. Slowly, the memories started to come back. The flauros attacking him, waking up in the medical bay with his father

    Chapter 4

Triplets? I have a feeling those guys are going to be a handful for whoever they take as partners I guess the question is now... would Toby submit to Mistress Tara

    Chapter 3

Carlos seems to be interested in Silas, but is Silas actually gay? I know you said the brothers submit in different ways, but I wasn't sure if that also applied to the sex of their partners? I'm also curious about Tara. She's a Mistress, but is what she runs a brothel or does she run more of a 'match making' agency for Doms and subs? I don't get the impression that Daniel and Silas would be paid companions. Great chapter Caz
  24. What a beautiful, sweet and sexy time for the boys. I love that they're taking their time, but they're not afraid to start exploring more of the physical side of their relationship too. They are, after all, teenage boys with raging hormones. I have a feeling Rob, who seems to be almost clairvoyant lol, is going to guess what happened and pester Eric. I have a feeling Eric isn't going to be wiling to share that aspect of Nelson with anyone... even if it's just talking about what happened.
  25. It constantly amazes me how much bitterness someone can carry, and I do know someone like Carly. They are so blinded by bitterness that they don't recognize the love that others are trying to give them. I get why Carly is upset about Jared. It had to be a blow to find out your husband is in love with your sibling, but it was out of line for her to dismiss Craig's grief or insinuate that he cheated on Harlen before he died. There are some things that should never be said in anger. I really like Craig's mom. She's an observant woman. I'm willing to bet she cautioned Carly to hold off on marriage because she saw that her and Jared wouldn't work. I'm lukewarm on Jared's sister. I love the loyalty she has for her brother, but it's unfair of her to put so much pressure on Craig. There's no time limit on grief and she's making it seem like her brother's pain in Craig's fault and he has to do something to fix it. What if he really isn't ready to move on yet? What if he wasn't attracted to Jared in that way? (I know because of this story that he probably is, but what if he wasn't?) Is it really his fault that Jared fell in love with him when he was drowning in grief? Maybe I'm being to hard on her? No matter how I feel about each individual character's actions, Craig has some major decisions to make. They're going to be tough decisions that will impact a lot of people. I don't envy him that process. Another amazing chapter, Gary. Anxiously awaiting Chapter 3!
