    My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's about four or five years before she passed, and she knew us all right up until the end. I pray for you both. Give her my love, brother.

    Hi, Tink! I've been busy. Cookie and I checked out my woods yesterday and she had a blast. I had to wait for her pills for fleas, ticks, and heartworm... she's had her bloodwork done and is covered for everything now. I got my lawn tractor ready for summer and mowed the paddock yesterday, and did a bit more mowing today. The grass isn't very tall. I'm building a new platform for my mattress since apparently it isn't supposed to be on a box spring. Got the top done, and now just have to attach legs and paint it. Swept some of the barn today too.
