  1. Cold and sunny here. Hello, reprobates.
  2. Here is mine. I think I did it right, but I didn't see the unpublish bar either. I believe I remember it was the same last time. https://gayauthors.org/story/headstall/within/
  3. Hello! Mild and Rainy here.
  4. Happy Birthday, Spikeman!
  5. And now he's lost them... his marbles I mean.
  6. Just finished planting. I'm worn out, but happy with how it looks. Now I have to be patient.
  7. Good day, all! Planting today.
  8. Don't worry. We're a slow bunch.
  9. Hello, all! Big day today. I'm setting up my aquarium.
  10. Welcome to the paddock, @Lewis Blake ! Join in if you feel like it. We make little to no sense here.
  11. I should say some of them do dig through sand, but not as deep or violent as other catfish, and pygmy corys tend to hang out in the middle of tanks, cleaning of plants and rocks. I plan on getting pygmy corys... or possibly panda corys. They sift sand more than dig.
  12. Corys, corydoras, are catfish. Princess cats will dig. Corys do not as a rule.
  13. Yes, and I'm avoiding those. Some dwarf corys and shrimp for the bottom clean up crew.
  14. I'm working on something for the poetry anthology now. Will do my best to get something submitted before the deadline.
  15. Greetings and salutations to the masses.
  16. Yup. Served a lot of brown cows when I worked for A&W as a young'un.
  17. Yes, but it has its own problems, not being suitable for some plants etc. And, it is very expensive, as in astronomical for large tanks like mine. I am doing the Walstadt Method--- where Diane Walstadt recommends organic potting soil covered in two inches of sand. There are variations, with some recommending 3 inches of sand or gravel over an inch to two inches of dirt. I'm going with 1.5 inches of dirt and 2.5 inches of 2mm sand.
  18. I washed dirt today. Yup, that's what I said. I washed and strained 14 small bags of the organic potting soil for my aquarium because it had perlite in it(which is safe but could cause problems later if it escapes the sand cap I am putting on top of it) which floated to the top when I soaked it in water. I think I might have bit off too much.
  19. Silly boy. They're French.
