It’s good to hear you FiL is doing better and the hospital is facilitating the continuation of his cancer treatments, so they’re interrupted as little as possible. As for you and Mike, I hope you have a wonderful day out in this glorious weather. I am so over the oven-like temperatures. As for the rest of you lot, you all have a great day as well.

Good analogy, because that’s exactly how it feels here as well. The occasional breeze alleviates that feeling for a bit. That and lots of ice water.

Don’t know the temp right now, but T-storms in the forecast tonight, so hopefully, that means the heat warning will finally end.

We had temps in the 90s this afternoon/earlier today, but with the humidity it was feeling like 106. I was just out there bagging yard waste, and it’s still really humid (feeling like 99), and lucky me, I got two mosquito bites. AC is still on, and it might be on all night if the forecasted t-storm doesn’t cool things down.
