It’s a short clip, so I watched it a few times before I could fully appreciate the snake making its way up the pyramid. Pretty cool, it is.

You know, one really has to appreciate the genius behind the ‘rusty’ bus. Of course, Cody wouldn’t steer them wrong, now would he?
  3. A most excellent quip by Ozzie, though I did have to think about it for a moment.
  4. he grabbed and shook the shorts’ hem—“these are Marine Corps silkies. You do remember one of our fathers’ a marine, right? Wait ’til I tell him you called my shorts panties.” I can hear Brett all the way up in Canada…
  5. I’d expect nothing less.
  6. I read “coolness” factor and immediately thought “leather jackets keep them cool?” 🙄 Maybe, I should finish my coffee before attempting Reading Comprehension 101…
  7. My cousins had one when I was a kid. She is the only dog - before and since - who would watch the floor for “treats” to fall rather than looking up as you’d expect. Must have worked, because she never reverted to the “looking up” way.
  8. @Mikiesboy When you possess puppy power, size is irrelevant as this plucky pooch demonstrates… https://youtu.be/XiXS4p5rBUM
  9. When you “said” spinach pie, I was picturing an actual pie with top and bottom crust. Seeing what it actually looks like and that it’s made with puff pastry has me thinking it will be easier and less work than if it was an actual pie. I think I will try this.
  10. Back in the 90s, Starbucks used to have a croissants with spinach, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes baked into them. It was so good! Your spinach pie brought back that memory. I wonder if adding some chopped sundried-tomatoes would work with this recipe? 🤔 PS: the website this recipe came from looks interesting.
  11. @Mikiesboy I made the Mall Cookies switching the oatmeal and chocolate chip amounts as suggested. They worked out really well and were - yes, past tense - delicious just as the original ones were. PS: The novelty of eating one big cookie has yet to subside…
  12. I just smiled (with my eyes). Thanks for this, my friend.
  13. Enjoy your breakfast and your days off, tim.
  14. Good morning, tim. I see clear skies and sunshine out my window and hope you do as well.
  15. Okay, so I’m reading an e-book. In said book, the MCs went to the beach and at one point make a reference to seeing the ocean followed a bit further on to inferring they’re at the sea. Thing is, they’re in Wisconsin…
  16. Good to hear you’re doing better, molly.
  17. Fantastic! Congratulations, Kitt.
  18. Saw my neighbour walking his standard sized poodle (I think that’s what they call the bigger sized ones). Anyway, Riley was greeting another neighbour, and she is a big bundle of joy when she does this. When she sees me it’s as if we’re long lost pals. It’s a real treat to be the recipient of her exuberant joy especially when you consider she is twelve years old. I guess she didn’t get the memo that she’s not a puppy anymore… I hope you have better days starting now, molly.

    Dead Ringer

I saved this to my kindle app, oh I don’t know when, so I could read it offline whenever I wanted. Figures it would get away from me. My bad… A big apology from me for taking so long to get it, but I gotta say, good things really do come to those who wait. This was fabulous, Def!

    Coral Castles

Liebe’s presentation was excellent, and I wish I had been sitting there watching and learning with the rest of the class.
  21. You put a big smile on my face with this, Mike. Thank you!
  22. This is wonderful, tim. Bertie and Cecil seem like two really lovely guys, and I’m glad for Bertie’s sake he’s found himself a wonderful man who “sees” him for who he really is, and who is supportive without limits. More of these two would be just fine with me if there comes a time they have more to say. As always, nicely done, tim.
  23. I hope you get better soon, so you can get back to doing what you want.
