Another tear filled chapter as Arthur regain not only his speech, but memories of Sybil as well as the ability to shift.

Chapter 44 A Time of Rebirth
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 44 A Time of Rebirth
Again the tears! My tissues were about gone by the end of this chapter. They were tears of joy for both Author and Miss Sybil. I'm glad Kellar has finally felt what his is doing is miraculous. -
Shifters are much like their human cousins when it come to change. I am sure some of the Vega pack will resist moving to Morningstar. I hope that the truth these people now know will convince them that there change will be for not just a better life, but the continued survival of shifters.

Chapter 41 Looking Back while Moving Forward
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 41 Looking Back while Moving Forward
It is interesting to see Kellar's response to the picture. It's a good thing that Delia was able to provide some history and guidance. I also like that Kellar is thinking two steps ahead in his healing. He's taking information he learned from Logan, and plans to add to that by healing Bill. He speculates that the knowledge he gains may be helpful in getting Fendral to shift back to his human form. I like the way Kellar is gaining not just power, but also seems to have the ability to analyze situations better. Lots of interesting ideas in this chapter Gary! -
Chapter 40 The Art of the Deal
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 40 The Art of the Deal
I did remember the comment I made. I am still aiming at rereading the Sidewinder series and Exes and Ohs. I did get to reread Endings as you know and was so glad I did. Once again I am waiting to hear Delia's telling of the story about the picture. -
Chapter 39 Healer Interrupted
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 39 Healer Interrupted
The narrative in this chapter was very well done. It created a clear image of what was happening. The trust and hope of all the characters were apparent and deeply felt. I also like how Kellar and Tobyn can put the attack aside and focus on Logan's illness and his connection to Tilly. If there are any lingering problems, I'm sure Tilly with straighten them out. -
Vega Pack's reception was a good surprise. Delia is a character I really like every time I have read. Logan is vicious, but Delia seems to remember him as totally different before the tumor. Her actions and behaviors convey that of a good teacher who is worried about the changes he has undergone. I'm glad that Kellar and Tobyn's latest "sorting" has given the the ability to easily talk in both their human and wolf forms. It definitely saved lives in this chapter. ❤️

Chapter 37 Many Happy Returns
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 37 Many Happy Returns
Another nice erotic sorting! As Albert pointed out it was Hot! I also like the new gift from the earth mother. Of course that means they will need it soon, so there must be some danger ahead! -
Your narratives are great, but the dialogue is even better. It flows well while including information and conveying emotions. This chapter is a great example of that. Thanks again for an enjoyable chapter. I am falling even more deeply in love with this story.

Chapter 35 The Winds of Change
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 35 The Winds of Change
It was just as exciting, scary and heart pump for us readers too. Even this third reading! To me, it was Warren's risk taking and desire to help Kellar and Tobyn that brought the tears this time. -
I have to tell you again how beautiful the joining was. That is a great piece of erotic writing Gary.

Chapter 33 The Business at Hand
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 33 The Business at Hand
The earth mother has got these two on a busy schedule. It seems as if she decides to throw them a curve everytime they make a plan. -
Chapter 30 Family Matters
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 30 Family Matters
Although I don't have much to add to my comments, I did enjoy how you words did stir good feelings in me. Warren is a whole different person. He and Adelin will make a wonderful couple. Had to laugh at Kellar once again blindsiding another person. -
Chapter 29 Not Such A Bad Thing
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 29 Not Such A Bad Thing
Hey Gary! I realized that after reading many of your poems and comments, that I am getting glimpses of you from time to time in Kellar. -
Chapter 27 Leaving Home and Finding Home
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 27 Leaving Home and Finding Home
I though for a moment that Kellar and Tobyn were going to have another problem over Kellar's house, but was glad that the decision was made to keep both. I was surprised that they didn't tell Miss Sybil that her vision had already taken place. It is nice to know her power is returning to her. Denver's story was sad, but did provide more proof that the hunters have some secret way of detecting shifters. It also provided a positive location for them to begin their search. -
Chapter 26 Strength In Numbers
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 26 Strength In Numbers
I love mothers like Elinor. They have the balm to ease your pains. I also enjoyed seeing here switch back and forth again from mom to pack leader. Of course there is always your humor that gets me giggling Gary. -
Yah Gary, You did get all of us with this plot twist. I bet Kellar felt like washing his mouth out after the phone call to Karen. Warren certainly sounds pathetic and desperate at this point. I'm glad that Warren was at least smart enough to not say anything over the phone after the first time Kellar stopped him before Warren could finish the sentence.

Chapter 23 Comes with the Territory
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 23 Comes with the Territory
I like how you build up the tension by the description of the area around the truck and Kellar's enhanced sense detecting sounds and smells. I agree that Kellar needs to think first of protecting his mate, and go after the insane killer later. -
Warren's redemption was a great bit of writing on Gary's part. How Gary turned around the character was an awesome arc. I'm still catching up to you and am on chpt. 23. I won't make a lot more progress since I plan on quitting around midnight.

They began the joining by sharing spit, but I'm sure the morning exchange has really got things off to a good start. I like how you wrote this first tentative sex between the guys. It was very erotic, but also reflected their love for each other. It had a sense of innocence to it.

All is well in the world. At least for the night.

Great ending for a cliffhanger! Now these two are on the same page, I look forward to seeing them work together. I do wish I could have head Elinor, Tilly and Miss Sybil lay into Tobyn. I wouldn't have like to be him.

Chapter 19 Running Scared
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 19 Running Scared
I love that Tobyn came to the rescue. He seemed to react very much to his earth mate revelation as he did about his mother's. It was a quick recovery fortunately that allowed Tobyn to be there in time to keep Kellar from being killed immediately. Kellar discovered a new aspect of his magic. Hopefully Tobyn will be able to get the needed herbs back to Kellar in time. -
Chapter 28 Interlude at Eagle's Nest
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 28 Interlude at Eagle's Nest
I know you think this is the best of your stories, but I have 3 or 4 other stories that you have written that are equal to Morningstar in my opinion. -
Chapter 18 A Day of Reckoning
raven1 commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 18 A Day of Reckoning
I have to admit that I totally forgot this town meeting. It's actually there that Kellar made the observations and formulated his theory on the cause of the malaise. Tobyn definitely has a problem dealing with the idea. Tilly really should have kept her mouth closed, but her excitement for Tobyn as well as the earth mates information seemed to overwhelm her. Great chapter, now on to the next round of Tobyn's crashing world view.
