A very quick change of fortune for each of them. I wish them the best. Ludwig would have a very difficult time adjusting to the new world. Look how long it took him to adjust to just one person. Their only hope together will be if Caden is true to his word and comes back. Living on a resort island is the dream of many people, so I hope Caden makes this dream come true for Ludwig and himself.

DrSawzall is right! Where is that bad kitty? Beckett still feels the pain from Parallax's attack, but the lazy cat hasn't been seen since she kidnapped Beckett and ordered him to find her missing tail. I am disappointed that Beckett doesn't get to ride a dragon and has to walk. I'm no sure I would enjoy a walk in these woods considering just the vicious plants here.

I love the game too, but when I hear the word rummy, it makes me picture someone who has had too many Pina Coladas.

I am glad that Coy made the right decision. With Coy's upbringing I think he would have felt a lot of guilt if he had decided to keep the money. Boone has a lot of faith in Coy. I think Boone will come to regret his decision if he leaves Coy. I do wonder what the sheriff will say when they tell him what they know.

That is depressing! Dr. T says turn off the TV until the depression passes. (It may take a decade or more however.) I too get depressed with all that crap and try to limit myself to once a day. Hang in the Page!

Thais spare neither the basil or the chili peppers when cooking. They do use an amazing variety of different basils and peppers with different tastes and heat. I think that these two are found in over half of all dishes or accompany as edible garnishes. The number of different leaves eaten fresh between bites of a main course is also huge. I think Max has a great sense of adventure when it comes to food. Your idea of a week of burgers doesn't ring true. I've seen some of the recipes you posted on GA. If he ever ask for century eggs, tell him they are call Horse Piss Eggs in Thailand. But wait until after he has tried one.

Just for the sake of future disagreements, I think you need to list all of your herd by nationality. You never know if Bucket, Albert, Man, Dogh, Clo or Val might want to dispute a few of your claims. Also, since it will take a while it will keep you out of mischief.

I'm with Boone on telling Sheriff Willard and hope Coy comes around to that decision also. Will was a poisonous sidewinder as he proved from the first when he turned Maysie against Boone. If ever there is a tombstone for Will, I hope it will read true. "Here rests the deadliest and most poisonous sidewinder ever born." Personally I would add "May he burn in Hell!" It's interesting how Will still seems to haunt Boone and Coy's thoughts.

I remember thinking after I got finished with this first chapter it was going to be a difficult read. It starts with a dead villain, three good friends dead and an unrequited love going nowhere. I was very depressed. Glad I stuck with it though as Boone and Coy are excellent characters. The both need to get out of town with all the bad feelings.

Great chapter that was once again filled with good things for all. I am worried about Louise, even after your comment CLJobe. I can understand Louise being jealous of Armand's attention to David. However, knowing what happened to Colin's father twice, I am glad that Armand will be taking her for a check up at the Children's Hospital. Pat is a joy, and I'm sure she will find a way to continue to help the children. Tommy offer to let her live at the home again was awesome, but Pat did the right thing by refusing.

This had me laughing as I pictured a house full of very active boys with Julie as the only girl. That or a football team of boys and girls scrimmaging in the back yard. (Either definition of the word scrimmaging works well for this comment.) Since Armand said this, I'm not betting on a boy. I think GG may have given Armand a head's up on this one. I didn't surprise me that David is rapidly becoming fluent in French. As smart as he is and with two excellent tutors, he will definitely be ready for the next trip to Europe.

Had to laugh when I realized you snuck the baby in without warning @CLJobe! The holiday was great as always. I would have been interested in a description of Richie's wedding, but maybe well get some dialogue that give some of the highlights later. David is like a sponge and is rapidly getting the education he needs as well as some great lessons in French. I hope Richie's and Anne Marie's honeymoon is great for them. I look forward to them coming home to a real home. I'm not sure if I missed something about the home. Did Armand or Colin tell Richie about the home, or will it be a surprise? Great chapter!

Armand had a busy day. He showed his love for Richie by arranging a home for Ritchie and Anne Marie to live after they marry. Hopefully that will also benefit Colin having Richie settled and working with Colin. Colin has a lot to do and doesn't get as much time with the family as Armand. David is a joy and I loved that he finally has teeth. I could picture him chowing down on the hamburger smiling all the time. He also seems to have passed Dr. Stevenson's exam with flying colors. I don't think Armand really needed to ask Colin about the adoption, since Colin loves David just as much as Armand does. Colin loves Armand and always give Armand whatever he wishes. I didn't think David would hesitate when he was asked and I was right.

I haven't seen Guga's channel, but know the feeling. Aod decided to make Pad Kra Pao using some of the wagyu. I cringed, but Aod said it was the best! Good thing I found a cheap source, because Aod loves Pad Kra Pao and eats it at least four times a week.

If you are willing @Dan South, I'm going to start Sidewinder next and enjoy having you along. It's a great western set in the past, but it is another of Gary's great stories. One advanced notice. Once I start Sidewinder, I won't stop until I have read Larkspur, and maybe the short story Boundaries. Sidewinder also has one of the longest and most terrifying cliffhangers ever! @Albert1434 and @JohnnyC the invitation is also extended to you guys.

Spike, If Drew is trying to tax SE Asians then he is in violation of the agreement. However, native born Koreans are fair game unless you negotiate a separate deal with Drew. Just remember kpop members that are from SE Asia are not considered Koreans and are subjects of the current agreement. Hope this helps you. Watch out when negotiating with Drew. He's one tricky hob....person.

I was referring to SE Asians and made no mention of doing anything to your herd Spike. I was referring to your dispute over First and Fourth (a real cutie IMO). If you have problems with trades, you have to take it to Page to be resolved. Good luck!

Hey Page! Aod and I are great. Found a place here where the butcher sell Wagyu beef scraps for $9 USD per kilo. They are great for so many Thai dishes. As for why you got stuck. I had to negotiate with Drew a lot over this. He first suggested the Texas Supreme Court, SCOTUS, and then the People's Republic of China. He refused my counters, even the one of Bucket, representing the Australian Supreme Court. He then counter with this: Please notice I got him to admit you're the nicest person here, not Drew. I decided to accept this proposal. So you're stuck! Good Luck! ❤️

No wars or renegotiations of the agreement if any SE Asians are involve. According to the agreement you can take disputes to Page for resolution. Of course, know you two you didn't let him know he has that legal power. It's going to be fun watching him keep you both in line.
