Now that Grandfather has dealt with his obsession with the giant tuna of the sea, I hope he comes back with a huge catch of lobsters for Marko's restaurant. Geno is really a great guy. Working to help out Alesander, who he doesn't know, because his brothers want to help Alesander. I was foresighted of Carmella's family to delay the baptism.

Although I like all the ways that Armand and Colin are helping people, they are not spending enough time with each other. They are definitely working with each other, but not taking the time to do things alone together. They also need some one on one time with the boys that are growing up fast. The chapter was great, but I think Armand and Colin are stretching themselves thinly to support everyone else.

The house does sound like a lot of work to make it into a processing place, storage for the fish and a shop. There does seem to be enough room, maybe even a place for Alesander, his mother and Grandfather. The small truck is also a good idea. I hope this shapes up for them all.

California and Nevada seem to be a target for storms lately. I hope you and Steve stay safe! Say Hi for me.

Hi Bucket! I had bad allergies when I was younger. I feel for you and understand why you are exhausted. Sneezing requires a lot of energy out of the body. Hope it is only a temporary situation.

I do hope that Grandfather yields to GG influence. It would help him, Alesander, the fishing community, families in the area and the restaurants throughout the city. The boys are rapidly becoming mature young men on this trip.

I honestly don't care if there are some time issues. I caulk it up to artistic license or a slightly alternate universe. I use the same artistic license logic when details of the story show up in your comments, not in the story. The story is entertaining, informative and I enjoy it. That's my baseline. I just don't sweat the small stuff. Great chapter. I hope Alesander takes up the offer/suggestions by Armand. It will benefit all.

By the time they get back to the hotel it will be too late. Colin will have already arranged to buy the boat, fully equipped it and and have it ready for a fishing trip when you step off the plane, Armand. It think it should be named "Arrowmatic". Armand says and Colin automatically fulfills his the wish. Technically Arrow isn't Armands name, just his pseudonym.

Armand and Colin need to prepare for changes ahead as the boys get older. I am glad they are thinking about this now. Armand is smart in investing in a new business with Alesander and his grandfather. Also, I like the idea of a new tapas restaurant at home. Great chapter!

This is very true whether faced with an orphanage or a new housing development. It applies to large schools as well. The schools have limited space. New developments or something like the orphanage creates an immediate need for both new space, services and teachers. The funds for these are from property taxes that won't be available to the school district for a while. Especially if it is space that is needed.

We know that Alesander will always take care of his grandfather. Whether or not he gets grandfather to agree, Alesander now has a path to success. Armand's comment about going back to the US with Marie wasn't very subtle, but hopefully will be successful in the end. I am sure that the boys will make similar comments. She will have a more difficult time ignoring the boys.

Sometime @CLJobe I think you discriminate against female when it comes to fishing. It was my mom, not dad that taught me how to fish. Mom loved fishing and eating fish and seafood. Dad was more of a beef and pork kind of guy. I also love Dungeness Crabs having lived just north of @JohnnyC in Oregon. My favorite fish however was different. I love salmon, halibut and trout in that order. Armand was brilliant in sending Alesander with Colin to see Marko. Hopefully connecting Marko and Alesander's grandfather with bring business success for both of them. I suggest they follow @Anton_Cloche' business plan.

This is a word that I love to say just because of how it sounds. Some words can just make me laugh inside when I hear or say them. I do think it is also a word that applies to many GA authors who twist plots and push readers off cliffs. Great word for the day!

I have not doubt that GG has struck again. The timing was too perfect. Alesander needs help, and I think GG knows how to get it to him and his grandfather. Maybe there will be a painting or two as a result.

Mom needs to realize that different cultures do things differently. Cultural rules for drinking wine date back to at least the medieval times when drinking water was very unsafe in both the towns and villages. Current laws still allow children to drink wine at family meals. Parents start children at an early age, by adding a small amount of wine to water for children. They also make sure that children know too much consumption of alcohol is not acceptable. Although the consumption of alcohol is high in France, Spain and Italy, the rates of alcoholism is lower than in the US. Spain and Italy's rates are between 1/2 to 1 percent of the population. The USA is about 5.5 percent. FYI France is about 4.5 percent. Like I said before, Barcelona is the number one city, and Spain the country on my bucket list. I loved the comments that reflect well on my bucket list. Thanks everyone!

Nice to know that Carlos and Alicia will be joining them in Barcelona. The crowd at the restaurant was not good news. Gossip can cause many bad situations.

A nice visit with Carlos and the family. I would imagine there would be a very big problem for the kids if they find out about the lambs. One nice detail was the story behind Carlos' painting ending up at the museum. I am surprised that Armand didn't schedule a trip to Prado. Since there were a lot of cubist paintings in the museum, and not realism and Renaissance, I am assuming it was one of the other big museums in Madrid.

Arrow's test was not as ominous as GG' warning sounded. The family got introduced to another new person Andres, in Spain. It would have been nice to see some of Andres' paintings. Is there a tie in with the artist Jean mentioned?

The street artist seems very observant to draw each boy in an appropriate character. He certainly got Armand correctly. I think if he were to draw Colin it would be as a protector for Armand's heart. Since they are in Paris, maybe Colin would be dressed as a Royal Musketeer. I suggest as D'Artagnan.

The news was good about John. The community effort to get the new home for the orphans is heartwarming. It would be very nice if the celebration when the home opens includes the people who helped. Even nicer if it resulted in some adopted kids. Armand and the boys are going to be very tired after seeing 600 exhibits. The zoo must be very large to have that many open exhibits.

I bet the kids talked the Grand's ears off. Zoos in different countries vary a lot. I wonder what new animals the kids will see. Will Armand be reminded of a certain 3 year old girl?

Colin seems to be getting things done with the lawyer. I am anxious for the report on the Home for God's Children. I hope the doctor will find out what is causing Johns unusual behavior and fix it.
