  1. I would love to send some heat your way Albert. It's 11:30pm and 24C. Tomorrow will only be 38C with Wednesday and Thursday in the low 40s
  2. This is not supposed to happen in November…
  3. Oh crap crap crap… the forecasts have gone up, high temps all over and I’m now on bushfire alert so I need to action my bushfire survival plan
  4. Then you will be shocked by my shock and gobsmacked by my gobsmakedness
  5. Hello young Albert
  6. It's good to have you back
  7. Good night everyone
  8. Uhhhh… heat wave warning has been issued and next week will be horrible, 38 to 40, for a full week, just gross. I might spend the week at the movies
  9. Just to be clear, has the evil bully Spike claimed another guy or is his heartfelt expression of love for you also an act of bullying?
  10. Full points to me
  11. Let me guess, Spike picked a guy before you did
  12. And apparently short shorts are making a comeback I was in the supermarket and wow this guy had muscular legs that went on forever. It was really tempting but I resisted banging my trolley into his, right there in the store
  13. You do know that’s Celsius right? And that's not the hot bit of Summer
  14. Summer is coming Next week promises to be a scorcher Sunday is 35 moving up to 39 on Wednesday and 38 on Thursday… I am not looking forward to this

  17. Note to self: don't drink tea while reading zingers from Gary…
  18. And yet I can and do I think it suits me
  19. Yep that's what I had heard too. Some of it reminds me of kids learning to spell - phonetically correct(ish) but wildly different
  20. I'm not aware of any colonial history that is bathed in glory… it's usually the history we don't talk about
  21. That's because you can't spell Reading old books (Thank you archive.org) clearly shows that spelling was much more flexible in ye olde times. And the printed word also had weird things going on like f replacing s but only in the middle of a word. I think I like a more standardised approach
  22. So it's your fault
  23. I promise to be as fair, balanced and unbiased as you
