Saturday I was just a dither today. I don’t know if you ever have days where you just feel ‘out of phase’ with reality? Well, I kinda sorta did today. I think it was brought on by a lot of, I guess, unresolved things from this past week. It was a fairly ‘nothing’ kind of week, really, but . . . there was a lot going on, I don’t know, under the surface, I guess. Maybe, I just didn’t have enough to do today. No plans at all. Hell, I even had to ‘make up’ some chores to do. What is that

Ah, it was a long, long, loooooong, time ago. I have no bitter feelings about her or the prom anymore. I couldn't have had the time I wanted back then. It was just too different a time and place. I have a feeling that if time and space had been aligned better we would have had a 'Brian and Justin' moment at our prom:

I can join in on the ’No Prom Club’. I had a date. She canceled. She said it was due to her over-religious mother, but I think it had more to do with my lack of ’action’. Oh, absolutely! He was the most believable Bond in that all the Bonds after him always had a 'soft side'. Sean Connery's Bond was ice cold hard to the core and would do anything in service to the Crown. A hero, but one out of necessity more than temperment. There are so many roles Sir Sean did that are memorable stand-outs to me: he was magnificent in The Man Who Would Be King, courageous for doing Zardoz in that loin-cloth, spellbinding in The Untouchables, legendary as 'Dr. Jones' in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, even his brief appearance as Richard the Lionheart in Kevin Costner's Robin Hood: Prince Of Thieves was perfect because who else could you get to embody the Lionheart better than Sean Connery. I've known he's been ailing for many years now and seeing his slow decline has been tragic for such the robust character that Sir Sean Connery was. Now he joins the pantheon of other greats we've lost in recent years. Perhaps in Heaven he's making films with the likes of other 'men's men' like Carey Grant and Burt Reynolds. That would be something to see! ❣️

For Halloweird this year, as an homage to my favorite vampire love story, I am finally releasing to GA my long in cogitating FanFiction for Comicality's Gone From Daylight: The Seducer. Basically, it is my attempt to add a famous vampire into the GFD universe! So, it sort of sports as a double-fanfic from my two favorite vampire stories!
